Thank god I'm not the only . it hurts a bit but not all the time I've had warm baths and it calms it down a bit.

testicle pain during puberty is very common they are growing and getting heavier.
Along with the warm bath a cold cloth may help also if you wear boxers wearing an athletic support or going to snug fitting briefs will provide support for the boys and could also provide you with some relief.

im 13 and my Left ball started hurting earlier today. i had been running in boxers that morning and it started hurting then. I am relieved to hear the same thing has happened to other guys. Thanks, Anonymous

It is normal for them to hurt during puberty they are growing and becoming heavier and that puts the cords under extra strain.
You could try wearing snug fitting briefs or an athletic support to give them support if needed or even an ice pack if they are hurting a lot.
Aches and pains are part of puberty as you grow and develop.
