Like all of, my hopes to lose my pounds safe and quickly are really high. When I want to try some diet program, there is always, but ALWAYS one big question mark above my head. A lot of questions that I just don’t have answers.
One lady from my work told me that Every other day diet is an amazing, that this diet program really works, but that this one is too difficult to follow. Now, I am not scared of something that is hard and difficult, but since I have to lose my unwanted pounds quickly, I am not so into those diet programs that are difficult.
I was about to start this diet program, but now I am not so sure. I don’t want to deal with something that is so difficult, because I have pretty busy social and business life.
Tell me, did she tried to scare me? Is it difficult to follow this diet plan?

Just think about this, where you would be at the moment, if you were listening to all those negative stories? Maybe this lady is too confident and she believes that she is the only one who can follow this “difficult” diet. Well, remember, every single diet program at this world is difficult when you start to follow it, because you need to get used to that your organism will receive totally different food than before.
This diet is not so difficult, the only problem is that you won’t be able to find so many things about it online.

I am really surprised that you think that. No, it is not hard to follow it when you learn to follow it. I mean, every beginning is hard, but you should not be afraid at all. There are just a few tips that you need to follow. Don’t be afraid those are just quick tips.
- Eat high fiber foods for your day meals,
- Eat high protein food for your diet day meals,
- Drink a lot of water,
- Drink black coffee or herbal teas,
- Last, but not the less important, you need to watch less television, because you will see there a lot of different commercials about foods, etc. Then you can think that you are hungry, but you are not.
Now, don’t tell me that this diet is difficult to follow :)
