7 in is an awesome size especially if you are only 14..... When did you start going through puberty ?
I'm 14 when my penis is soft it's 1 to 2 inches but when it's hard it's 7 to 8 inches is that average?

Are toy sure you are measuring correctly? That is a massive change in size... a “super grower”. Are you overweight by chance?
