I just want to let you all in on a killer secret Marruka honey - it's magic and it works for everything - clean sore or staph with alcohol then put on some Marruka honey - cover with gauze and in a few days - like magic it's gone! I am highly susceptible to MRSA
And Marruka honey is the cure???

All Honey is an antibacterial, if her rash was in fact caused by some sort of bacterial infection any "real" honey (not artificially flavored). would do the same thing. However I doubt her rash is bacterial. No reason to spend a bunch of money on any special brand of honey.

I have a rash that sounds identical as I have mentioned in a previous comment. I have been to a dermatologist and it isn't anything bacterial. But honey is harmless and anyone wanting to try it on a rash out infection of any kind would have no adverse effects from giving it a try!

Pyogenic granuloma. Dematilogist can remove them.

Valtrex is prescribed for cold sores everyday. Hsv1 is commonly oral and hsv2 is genital. But you can get 2 on face and 1 on genitals. Interchanagble with virus being dorment in different location. When people get ongoing cold sores hsv meds are prescribed.

I have similar symptoms, only on arms and shoulders. And an extended abdominal. Rigjt under the rib cage. Very hard/firm. Almost like when I was pregnant. No soft like fat. Could it be a parasite of some sort. I've heard of this happening in third world countries. Where you see kids with these big bellies and sores on there arms.

I've had this same condition you are describing for over 6 years. It is the most miserable thing to have and feels like it comes straight from Hell. The sores itch and burn, start from a lump under the skin, and seem to have sharp edged rocks in some of them. The granular contents are very sticky and hard to remove from the skin, and if you miss one, it will irritate your skin, no matter how small it is. The sores form regardless of whether or not they have been picked at. I try to only fool with them in the shower, when they have been soaked thoroughly and my hands are clean. I can only wash with Hibicleanse, as everything else makes it worse. Sometimes the scabs come off during treatment as well. I was living in a home with a mold issue when I got this, and had also been bitten by a cat in the weeks prior. (I've wondered about disseminated Cat Scratch Disease.) I also had treated for fleas, and the house had just been loaded up with pesticides for that. I think now that much of the bug bites I thought I was getting were actually the beginning of this issue. Mine flairs up when I have hormone changes, on very rainy days, and when I travel or don't get enough sleep. I have it all over me. Sometimes an area will completely clear up, then it comes back 6 mos. to a year later. I am gluten intolerant, but have not eaten gluten in years. Eliminating all added sugars, cured meats, estrogenic foods, dairy, and all grains and refined flours of any kind has helped. I have tried hundreds of things topically and internally and almost nothing helps for long. Nothing has ever stopped the sores from occurring. This seems to build up a tolerance to oral treatments like drugs for fungal infections or antibiotics. I have seen 12 doctors and been treated like I'm crazy. I was told by one doctor that I am picking at myself and creating the problem to get attention. Another treated me for a Candida overgrowth, another thought it was an unprocessed memory due to PTSD that was causing it, another called it folliculitis of unknown cause. Initially, nothing worked but going to the beach, soaking in the ocean in full sunlight for a few hours daily for a few days, but it would always come back after a few days. I tried recreating a beach environment with sea salt baths and sunlamps, but that was not the same, and didn't help. Now I am not so sure that direct sunlight doesn't make the condition worse. Using Dead Sea Salt scrub from Isreal burned really bad, but it made those white pearly balls and little grains of sand-like rocks come out of my skin like crazy. Straight orange essential oil burns so bad you shake, but it will dry up the sores. Unfortunately, it seems to draw stuff out of the big bumps, and create more little ones. I can't use anything at all that is moisturizing. Bergamot essential oil was very helpful and did not burn much. I am currently using Rosemary essential oil and Bergamot together, and that seems to help expel the seed-like cores more easily, slow the spread of the sores, and heal them much faster, plus ends the itching temporarily. I put them on twice a day and it takes 4-6 hours to shower with water as hot as I can stand it, and put the oils on. (HOT showers help) Orange and Bergamot oil make you photosensitive, so stay out of the sun if you use it on your skin. I don't take the oils orally. I am going to look into some of the remedies mentioned here that seem fairly harmless. I wish doctors would care enough to do some research and order very specific tests, but we can do the research and ask for them. We all deserve to know what we have, and that we are not crazy.

Sorry, but while some of your comments are helpful, others are extremely misleading and untrue Cold sores are derived from the exact same virus as herpes simplex I and can be treated in the same way, with an antiviral cream applied as often as possible, or a pill such as Valtrex that can be taken daily. Other OTC treatments like medicated lip balm or a warm compress can relieve symptoms, but do not alleviate the virus itself, which lies dormant inside the body, and often appears in the form of herpes blisters or cold sores.

OMG!! This is the closest to a response that have seen about my face and the pimple zit or whatever and the worm!!! There is a worm in my face!!!!!! I am not overreacting nor and my making it in my mind. Sometimes I feel crawling in my ear when I agitate it. Also in my scalp. However, the doctors think that I am having a hallucination. I am schizoaffective but this is not a hallucination!!! Wow!! Nobody believes me!!! I will try to pull it out of my face and it will retreat inside the pore. Once I almost got it out but it slithered and dug itself and went back in the pore!!! I am using a hot compress and trying to pull it out as we speak. Using my voice command on my cell phone. As long as I'm not aggressive with it it is fine. But as soon as I try to grab it it will go in and dig inside the pore and try to go deeper or it will go to the side and try to Escape. When I try to grab it it gets really hard and pull inside. As I said as long as I'm not aggressive towards it and we'll go back to the center of the pore and sits there. But as soon as I start too go for it digs!!! I am at my wit's end. I've even gone to the emergency room and as I said they think I'm hallucinating. I know I'm repeating myself but it is driving me crazy!!! To the point of sobbing and sobbing and sobbing Exclamation point Exclamation point somebody please, please help me!!! Oh my God!!

Has anyone ever tried dragon's blood?  It speeds healing tremendously.  I found this on Amazon by accident and have tried various brands of this tree sap.  I am extremely allergic to adhesives so it was difficult to apply Dermawound (the only stuff that ever helped my lesions heal) so dragon's blood was an answer to prayer.  It dries quickly and relieves the pain and itching.  I've had about 75% improvement in my skin over the last 2 months.  Hopefully I'll be back in short sleeves by mid Summer because these outbreaks started in April of 2015.  Rheumatologist found no issues with me immunologically, and my dermatologist said the skin biopsy was "inconclusive" due to excoriation (scratching).  I've had no reaction to Dragon's blood other than healing.  Apparently, people living in the Amazon have known about it for years, but, in spite of reading about "remedies" on so many websites and having stacks of products that don't work, I've never seen anyone mention Dragon's Blood resin.  I don't know if it will work for you, but, if you've exhausted all other options...I'm glad that I found it and tried it though so I thought I'd "pass it on"!

I know it has been 3 yrs since your post about the lesions that flared up on your face after dental work...but I really hope you get this & will reply!! Your post is the ONLY post that describes my troubles to a T! & also the only one that referenced dental work to the issue! I have always felt it is coming from the 2 bridges i got around the same time & because it started right after she prepped my mouth for the 1st bridge! The pain I have in facial nerves also feel very connected & run to the bottom inside part of ear & on down thru my neck & to shoulder blade...also all contained to left side only...but the lesions remain in one little area just below my chin. ...I have been dealing with this for 2 yrs now, emptied my bank account seeing Dr after Dr wit no legit diagnosis.

Can you or will you please take time to respond & let me know if you ever found a dr. With enough knowledge to help you??

Thanks!!
Renee
