I have had the same thing for 18 years since I was 17. Till this day I don't know what it is, but my condition started on my lower leg then it spread to the rest of my body. I get long white spikes under my scabs and sometimes something that looks like a ball. It iches constantly, I have many sores and scars from it. I hope someone has the answer, because I have been suffering for a long time. All of the dermatologist that I have seen never had a treatment or answer, one woman told me it was in my head. I am sad but happy to know I am not the only one.

Hi to all of you poor poor people out there. I can only sympathize with you all as I have all of the above and more. Have been to the doctor/doctors/Dermo's etc many many times and to be honest it all goes over their head. In my opinion they seem very disinterested in terms of if they cant diagnose it, well then it just must be in my head. I have spent hundreds on creams all types, antihistamines etc with no luck. I have tried lotions and potions and baths with oils and what not to no avail. I am covered all over my body there is hardly an inch of me that has not been affected. The itch is never ending sometimes 100 times worse that others. Sometimes I just want to rip my skin off. I have gouged out so many of these grains of sand is what I called them some white some black. What first starts as a little reddish pimple turns to a full blown small type ulcer which takes forever to heal and when it does finally heal it leaves a white scar of which I have millions of all over my body. The hardest part to deal with is you can not get the doctors to decide on anything really as I don't think they are educated enough on the subject. To everyone out there my heart goes out and keep looking for the answers. I have read all about Morgellons and really feel for these sufferers too as I could be one of them. The sensation of crawling under the skin is

I have the same thing it's on my legs and my head and now that you mention black mold it makes me wonder because the last house I lived in is when I contracted it and I almost died from the black mold in the house it caused me to get pneumonia multiple times and then I had complete lung failure luckily I moved out and got better but I still have the source and the white seeds. I wonder if it is some kind of fungus related to black mold

I agree with you i think its fungal because I was around black mold when is formed. Great idea with the athlete's foot and ringworm medicine

I'm not sure what it is this skin disorder but I am wondering has anyone here been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid (Hypothyroidism) or have the Rhesus blood group. I am wondering would there be any correlation between any of it.

Last night I had another one appear on the inner side of my left arm, it feels like something is pinching at first and then when I ran my finger over it I could feel the bump raising, I scratched the hell out of it and yes once again there were these white like sand grains and on my other inner right arm another one acted up again the last two days and swoll up like I got a bee or wasp sting and the skin around it all went red and discoloured and raised and the heat coming from that area is immense.

I paid a doctor 100 euro to google and tell me this, I could have done this myself for free. I do not believe it is this either.

This is a really annoying affliction☢
These little sores develop on my back. One dermatologist said it is acne. It is not.
I had a mysterious black mold like attack years ago. I would get dizzy, cough, get freezing cold and my fingers, toes and nose would turn black. Only remedy was to jump in hot water bath to "thaw". Doctors never explained that situation.
I mention it as I have developed something like what most complain about in this blog: itchy things on the skin which are like little scabs with a solid component which bleeds when excavates and never heals. They just spread.
Prurigo nodularis has been suggested. There is no cure for it except application of prednisone.
I have noticed that valtrex seems to improve things. But not cure.
Very frustrating and painful.
Hope my description resonates with others searching for solutions

I get the same type sores once and a while. They are more intense than a pimple. Usually with a red ring around it and a crater when the core is removed. My dematologist said it may be a type of staph infection. I use a perscription antibacterial ointment on the sore and around my nose once a week.
