its been a lil over a week now around my penis is itchy theres lil white bumps and my balls are very red with lil white bumps witch are very itchy what do i have ?????

the part with ur penis itching is normal. part of puberty and the white bump i had them b4 nothing to worry about u can pop them or u can leave them doesnt matter it will not cause damage
