guys i have been experiencing the same problem you are all stating, yet its been goin on for over 9 months now!!! Im so sick of it, tried numerous cremes cortizone tablets, and what not. I got no relief until i started using hydrozole cream. Its an antifungal cream it feels 80% better than what it was, but its still there. I guess it doesnt help that i have been traveling and had 3 summers in a row, but f**k! I still shouldnt have to put up with this sh*t. I finally got a sample of the rash tested and it is a fungal infection. I have been prescribed these expensive tablets called Lamisil. Going through them atm and i cant say its done much so far, 7 days in. 45 tablets in box i guess ill keep going until i get relief. The more exercise and physical activity such as simply walking the worse it gets. It almost makes me want to just sit down all the time. Damn this god for saken problem.

My situation is maybe similar. I have itchy dryness in my anus region... back and front. I also feel pressure on the anus walls. I have had hemmorhoids in the past so I am guessing its related to that. My diet helps but I have not cured it yet. I read drinking cayenne pepper with water and eating pineapples both help cure the symptoms

Hi bro i also have this problem, i showed to doc he checked n cant conclude it, he advised MRI USG drainage and culture and these all were negative except the MRI showed tract 12 o clock. than i got operated this feb 2014 but again still same problem when i consult him he said he removed 2 cms but it was 4 cms long, we have to do it again, but i dunt want this again, just i want to ask u whats the antibiotics u used maybe i can try as i tried broad spectum Amoxycillian with cluvanic acid and nimirazole with ofloxacin of course prescribed by doc.

To anyone who finds themself on this page because of a similar problem:
So for many many months, possibly even a year or more, I had this problem. On the area between my scrotum and anus, it was very itchy and if I looked closely I would see small red bumps that look almost like ingrown hairs coming in. If I left it alone, I could deal with it with minimal discomfort, but a few times a week I would scratch or rub it, and this would make the area very raw and irritated. Additionally, anytime I wiped after the bathroom there would always be small traces of blood from the irritated area, regardless if I had been scrathing it or not. In the winter the area became very very dry and the skin would be white and flakey at times making it worse. I tried putting mositureiser on the area, sometimes vasaline, and though it did help with the pain from walking (when it was dry walking would sometimes hurt) the problem still persisted.
I never went to see a doctor, not because I'd be afraid to ask or tell them I had a problem in my grundle region, but because I work and am busy and the effort to find a dermotologist, make an appointment, etc. well it just seemed easier to deal with it.
Finally I asked my sister who is a resident and she said it is most definitley a fungal infection. I am a very clean person and I eat very well, but regardless sometimes it just happens. I swim often and she said that many times swimming can cause fungal infections such as ring worm, or the problem I have. If you have a stomache ache and you're pooping a lot one day, sometimes excessive wiping can break the skin and this can allow bacteria or fungus to get in and cause the problem.
So the solution: I went to Duane Reade and bought a standard anti-fungal cream. It's called Lotrimin, and says it's for ring worm but in smaller print it also says you can use it for any rash related to yeast or fungal infections. I had read about this online but was hesitant about putting cream in a region close to my genitals, but my sister reasssured me that it was totally safe.
So last night before bed I applied the cream. I woke up this morning and noticed a huge difference. Moreover after my morning poop, post coffee, it was the first time in many many months that there was no blood after wipping, so I do think it's working. I was advised to use the cream for 3 days then reasses how the area is. Seems like this is working well though!
Hope this helps anyone with the same or similar issue. Even if you're not positive you have the same condition as me, I would try the cream. Again, totally safe, and if you don't notice a releif within 24-36 hours, then you should probably go see a doctor. My sister said fungal or even bacterial infections in this region is exremely common in males, and its very similar to yeast infections in women.
