It is likely a fungal infection or hpv. Go to a derm. Keep it dry...(hairdryer after shower in the area) not a killer but don't let it go without care. Aldera cream (hpv) or clotrimazole for fungus.. 1/2 the adult population has hpv - don't freak .. hope this helps

Fungal infections can be acquired by poor hygiene, but also sexually transmitted. Anyway, they often target genital region, because the fungi enjoy moist and warm environment. Other than itching sensations and skin discoloration, fungal infections can cause unusual skin odor in the affected region. Antifungal medications include topical creams and sometimes systemic antifungal medications. Good hygiene is crucial in order to prevent reoccurring fungal infections.

Scabies
Scabies is a very itchy skin condition caused by a mite called Sarcoptes Scabiei. Although it is usually related to poor hygiene, scabies can strike anyone as it is a very contagious condition. It is transmitted by direct contact, but also by using contaminated tools, such as towels and sheets. Scabies can affect genital region and produce symptoms which include itching and redness of the skin. Scratches are commonly seen in these patients, so the condition is easily recognized. Anti scabies creams (scabicides) treat scabies very effectively.

Wow.... it is the middle of the night here and I thought I would try searching for some type of info regarding this. I thought I was the only one on earth that had this. I am going for an ultrasound of the scrotum because one side is swollen and fluid. That vein has caught my attention too. I also get a discharge from the anus that burns, dries almost as fast as alchohol, and smells like dilluted vinegar. I bet I get 3-4 thimble fulls of disharge a day. I have to put toilet paper tucks all daylong. I have had this for like 15 years or more and it is something I thought nobody would believe I had it .

I've been reading all these posts, most people with very similar problems. I had it exactly as you've described it. The problem is you have hemorrhoids. If you dont treat your anal roids with something like preparation H, you'll get very irratated, especially after a poop and especially as a man with a hairy crack. Hairy cracks are hard to scrub clean with dry toilet paper. You end up rubbing up your hemorrhoids aggrating them, then they start oozing that clear fluid and bleeding. But wait.
Just now at this point, decide not to have a shower that day after a poop and 6 or 7 wipes.
The irritation spreads to your sack and the crook of your legs. Keeping your buttocks clean every day and especially after any poop will go a long way in helping. But Preparation H is what you need and more frequent soap and water cleanings to your gummy will solve not only your sore swolen anus, but also your itchy and irritated hammer, balls and the crook of your legs. Wet baby wipes after bowel movements also helps out a great deal.
Final answer, clean your gummy more and Prep H those nastyass rhoids.
