That is a good advice. I also had both problems since I was 24 and now I am 60 and had both problems . I had gone for one surgery and two times lithography.
I have high blood pressure. Sometimes we don't know why it is so high.
I just had surgery to have kidney stones removed about a week ago. I am still so fatigued. I need 2 or 3 naps a day. Why is this? Is this normal?
