Use what is called a sitz bath. It fits onto the toilet and you sit on it while it fills up with hot water. The moisture and heat pull the head to the surface so it can be popped, be careful though, they can be nasty.

I also have this problem. I don't have an acne problem anywhere else on my skin, but I get them now and then on my butt. It's not exactly on my butt cheeks, though. It's more going in the crack. SO PAINFUL!!!!! When I walk, sit or get up for sitting, it rubs against my pants and irritates it, which causes it to bleed, and then hurt even more! They are the most painful thing! Does anyone know how to alleviate the pain?

Omfg I know your pain I been getting them on my butt for awhile now they randomly started and I have no clue what they are I keep going to the doctor and they keep saying they are puss bubbles from sweat but I'm really embarrassed about them and it suck because I have holes in my butt now and i just want them to go away if anyone knows how to get rid of the scars please let me know thanks

I have this too I would get one here and there then I started getting ALOT all over my butt now I get them on my face. It's bad cause I'm a picker I want them gone but I can't not mess with them. It gets so bad that people have actually thought I was on meth! When I say people I mean police officers, doctors and even my family. The huge real painful ones started when I moved into an old trailer and I noticed that if I say on the carpet or "laid" on the carpet naked or when I would clean spring clean deep clean the house me and my daughter would break out real bad. Antibiotics with for each break out and they go away really fast. Neither me out my daughter had had a break out in a while not even one pimple then suddenly we both broke out mine way worse and they are taking forever to heal and go away. I'm at a loss as to what's causing it because when we weren't breaking out no one was coming over and unless we walked we didn't go any where and we were stream cleaning the floors at least every other day if not every day. But before this last breakout some people were here in my home I rode in my brothers van and we had been so busy we hadn't had a chance to stream clean. So I'm not sure what to think about where they are coming from which is what I need to find out in order to prevent them. Now what I am sure of is that it is a type of staph infection that's why when you need with one several more appear in the same area trying to pop them makes the infection spread and if you're not careful it can spread into your blood stream which is dangerous. Now that being said I was told once you have staph,mersa you will always have it. Now me and my daughter both had gotten a staph infection once on our butt when we lived in my home town which is where we are now. I know what it is that's not my issue or problem I want to know how to keep from getting it at all! Now I am not a dirty person but I have 2 teenagers 1 preteen and a 1 year old so I'm very aware of the fact that my house use to be kept ALOT cleaner but I don't think it's my house I think one of the 5 people I have daily contact with that I didn't have contact with when I didn't break out I think one of them are carriers. It's very easy to pass it say they picked thier nose them they knock on your door open your door and everything they have touched now had the staph infection on it and Lysol does not kill staph. You would need hospital disinfectant & sanitizer or stream anything that gets that hit will kill anything but if your like me and just can't keep up antibiotics work every time and if you're also like me and can't afford the persecution and doctor every time you break out only take three prescription till it's gone then as soon as you see first signs of it again take twice a day for two-three days the persecution will last you 3-4 break outs. And it will also help with any other infections that the staph caused like urinated track infections

I have had these and they turned out to be MERSA. Which sucked because that meant I have a antibiotic resistant infection. So if you develop a fever...even low grad, go to DR. ASAP. They also thought it was a plugged duct.

I understand your pain , butt acne is by far the worst thing ever but today I found a pretty good remedy! Exfoliate with a brush and tooth paste and use a antibacterial, deep cleansing foaming face wash (I used neutrogina deep cleansing face wash that comes in a clear bottle but the soap itself is orange which makes the bottle appear orange . This is available at publix in the cosmetics isle , or atleast thats where I get mine (: . )
