Talk to your PCP about getting medicine to diminish them. Most insurance policies will cover this, but it's an antibiotic which will decrease/remove them. I have an appointment scheduled to get a prescription for mine. I get barely noticeable blockages on my face, but I get boyles the size of quarters on my butt (and that's the just the head area). Most antibiotic ointments can aid in this as well.

You need to tell your mom. I know it seems ebar adding, but mom's don't look at it like you think. They know best and will help you. Btw, I am a mom of a 13 yo boy and he gets them too.

I found that potatoes are the culprit in my case, especially french fries. I will only get those boils whenever I eat chips or fries. I get them all over too. My chest, right under armpit, and right where my buttocks meets my leg. They hurt like crazy until they pop like a zit. They're so nasty.

Ok I also have been having these for years but what I found out is that while my solution is weird but it helped. Take some oil(Not the cooking one!!)and put it like soap all over your body. In a few days, it should be gone

I used dermalmd blemish serum on a giant-ass pimple that I had (guiltily) popped because it was too enormous and painful for me to deal with. While popping it was a mistake, using the after serum on it helped it heal within basically two days. It reduced in redness, size, and swelling, and then it just healed fully. I still have hyperpigmentation there because that's just how my nasty skin works, but honestly I can't think of anything else that would have worked better. The trick for that pimple was to constantly re-apply the serum, like every few hours. It is a tiny bit sticky, but not greasy, and doesn't give me more breakouts. I'll keep using it for future explosions.

The best thing to do for cystic acne on the buttocks is giving it a good scrub when your in the shower. I have found this prevents new ones from forming. Then go back over with a good solution. I tend to use antibacterials like Dial or Neem soap. Try not to sweat and still be in the same clothes often starts the process up again. Hope this helps as this routine has helped me.
