I have had the same problem for a while and to be honest, the penis head does get dry. This should not be an issue as an uncircumsized penis is left open perminantly. when your penis head gets dry, apply some lotion on it, it should be ok. The only disadvantage of this process is the lack of comfortability, it can really get uncomfortable. Pulling your forskin back also improves your penis' hygien and your forskin will stretch over time.
