I booked 2 appointments in the UK but could not follow up as I had an injury. My advice is to take advantage of the free consolation offered by the some clinics. Obviously I’d be asking loads of questions and like to see pictures. I'm going to have the surgery in 2007 come what may! I'm looking to start appointments in the spring.
America might be my option as I know of 2 surgeons who have at least performed the operation on TV (IMO you have to be confident to do so in front of the world).. Oh and also especially seeing the exchange rate is 2:1

i wonder if it's possible to reduce the size of one's lips through natural means,instead of resorting to surgical procedures...natural in the sense of adjusting one's lips and keeping it that way...sounds uncomfortable,but i'd like to know if this 'technique' will yield favorable results..thanks a lot.

My alternative was to try to get my bottom lip darker to make it look smaller without use of makeup or smoking which causes that...otherwise, I have not yet seen an alternative..let me know if you find something :-)

I've been for a consultation at Profile Cosmetic Surgey (paid £90), with Mr Iregbulom (think I spelt his name wrong). He's done many lip redution surgeries especially on ethnic people, like myself. Although its the first consultation I had, I'll stick with him, he's done loads, and the b4 and after pics looked really good, there's only one on the website though.
I too would love to have my bottom lip done it was filled with a rouge filler then integratated and increased size too much

Even i am looking for lip reduction surgery and i m living in london. I m also not sure about the experienced surgeon but i have heared some surgeon in london in harley street but its a big risk to choose a surgeon for this. in this case we can`t take risk about this to go to any surgeon and have a surgery because if we will not choose right surgeon than it could change our life totally and maybe can give bad look. so if anyone here knows about a surgeon in london and already has had experience about this then also tell me ..........thanks
