I will now try some homemade remedies which my wife found on the internet, but if that does not help me, I will try with nicotine patches. Why not if they can relieve me these symptoms? Think that patches are not harmful and I can wean off of them slowly.
This was my post i am now 15 years smoke free most of the side effects are gone I now have a spot in each lung that will get checked again at 6 months which is in 2 months they seem to be benign nodules at 6 mm, The cardio pulmonary surgeon said smoking is accumulative for example smoking 2 packs a day for 10 years is the same as smoking 1 pack a day for 20 years and how deep you inhale how long you keep it in your lungs before exhaling. All in all im a bit short of breath i got high BP i had PVC's but meds helped that out. But still kicking at age 59 I started smoking when i was 15 quit at age 45 when i woke up had a coughing fit that lasted 15 minutes desperately trying to catch a bit of air at the time and thought enough of this. Bone hard lump which I would say looked like it will be as big as a golf ball if I took it out of my left neck, extending out from a little behind the left side of my Adam's apple.
Thought it was throat cancer and freaked out my heart cuz I've been having bad acid reflux on top of it.
Decided to see what happens over the course of next few days, and discovered that the lump on the left side of my Adam's apple was slowly getting smaller.
This is all recent so I wanna ask you how the lump is after 5 months since this post.
