Hey guys, I know how you all feel, I also have a lump on my scrotum.
It basically the sieze of a pimple, like 3 millimeter in diameter. But its been there for like 3 years or something, it started off very small, and grown to the size it is now.
I havent been to a doctor yet, im very shy about these things.
But I really think if it was a form of cancer I would have had problems by now...
Oh yeah it is a painless lump, and I cant squezze anything out of it, and I have another one but very very smaller than the first..
One other thing i noticed is the lump is extactly where the scrotum hair comes out, wich indicates a problem with the hair gland.

you may have varicocele, often called a bag of worms. My son (16 year old) had this and had a simple operation to fix it. Most people don't even have to have it operated on. See a urologist.
Yo I had a small white lump on my sack for a long time (couple months). Just tonight I numbed it up with a frozen juice can and cut it out with a knife. It looked like one of those little beans in rain sticks or whatever the f**k. ANyway, it was pretty easy to do. Highly recommend it.
I've had a total of 4 of these lumps for about 5-6 years now. At first I thought they were just pimples (or something similar) but soon realized they weren't going away, nor could they be easily squeeezed. Were it not for seeing them, I really wouldn't know they were there - they don't itch, nor can I feel them at all regardless of what type of underwear I have on (tight briefs or boxers).
The lone one on the right side is hard as steel, white in color and just smaller than a 'BB'.
On my left side, there are three covering an area about the size of a quarter. The largest is about 1/2 the size of a raisin -- barely smaller than the exposed part of a pencil eraser. The other two are just a little smaller than that one.
Every few months I will get frustrated and squeeze them - sometimes it does no good (they seem like rocks), but other times I will put the scrotum on the bathroom counter and push down with my thumb using ALL my weight. The large one almost always 'pops'.. but the pus stays inside the scrotum and I can actually feel it under the skin -- the best way to describe it is that it feels like a small worm under the skin, similar to what you might see in some horror film. The expelled pus dissipates w/in a day and then the lump is back to it's old size in about 3 weeks.
One time I wiped the scrotum and a razor blade w/ alcohol swabs and cut the three large ones. Lots of blood and pus came out and the scrotum looked perfectly normal a few days later after the scabs dissapeared. I thought that would be the end of them, but they were back w/in a few weeks..... UGH

Just recently I found a small hard but painless lump on my scrotal sac. It wasn't until today that it left blood in my underwear. I don't know what it is, where it came from, or what to do. HELP!
...I also have a single small white lump on my scrotum, I'm 13 and no I haven't had sex. Also Sometimes it occasionally itches and when I scratch it it burns like hell for some strange reason I think it may have moved, because I had the same problem on a different part of my scrotum if anyone could tell me what it is, how to stop it, or any information, like if its something I should worry about. I don't think I can go see a doctor because I'm too embarrassed to tell my mom (btw I live with just my mom)
i seem to have what alot of people on this site have, but haven't seen any professional or deciding advice. i'm 27, and about two months ago a growth on my scotum started. Like many, i thought it was a pimple or in grown hair, and tried to pop it. it looks exactly like a big white head, but is very hard. It feels and looks like a bb gun pellat is stuck in the scotum. i have read in other online forums that something like this could be a symptom of testicular cancer. i don't have insurance and don't know what i should do! please advise!!! thanks.
Hey guys! I am a 19 year old guy and i have never had sex. I have had a small white lump on my scrotum for a few years now. I used to have two but one disappeared after a few months. There has never been any pus or blood and I do NOT want to squeeze it incase I hurt myself. There are also loads of other little lumps on my scrotum but I just figured that thats where the hairs come from. Also, when i feel around my testes I feel something like an extra layer of skin on the lower side. Can anyone help please?
over the past two weeks i noticed a lump on my scrotum that has enlarged and become somewhat painful. i did some research on scrotal cancer and found that most common cases of people under 50 are metal workers, which is what i do for work. im sexually active but i am pretty sure its not an STD. can someone give me some insight?
I too have a lump in my scrotum, not on my tesiticle. I've had it for about a year, but it only became large enough to notice a couple weeks ago, then just a few days ago it was very painful and tender i could barely sit down, it became bruised looking as well. its about the size of a ketchup packet, and it feels like it too. it feels liquidy not hard. and its on the actual scrotum wall not on the testicle. any ideas?
I also had about 8 of these lumps too. They are small about 1/8 in. I hade them for as long as I can remember. I decided to cut them out on my own a few days ago. It did not hurt much when I removed the lump it was hard and broke apart like powder. I thought this was odd. Any ideas what they can be?
Hey, it sounds like the one's that have either one or a few bumps on their scrotum sac have something called scrotoliths. The are also known as scrotal calcinosis, scrotal pearls and calcified cyst of the scrotum. These are hard bumps that will not pop and are close to the surface of the skin. They are actual sacs that fill up with stuff and calcifice (which makes them very hard) Have seen a few doctors because I had a few. Got them removed and have remove a few my self because they come back. They are non contagious just very embaressing. Doctors do not really know where they come from or why they appear. They say most guys have calcifications only a few actually get large or become visible. there is not much info on this disease on the net as I have been looking. Go see a doctor for easy removal as I was once embaressed but the dermatologist has seen it all. Also on this site is another topic on scrotal cacinosis labeled "scrotal cyst" with many guys that have the same problem.
It's common for one of your testicles to hang lower than the other. Usually if you're right handed, the left hangs lower, and vice versa.

yes i have a bump that is soft and it is raised up off the skin of my scrotum, it is very noticable, but it is not hard and puss will not come out, it is slightly less colored than my skin, could this be cancer?
i too have a lump on the scrotum it has been there for about two years ,after it had been there six months i went to see a doctor, and was told that it is a blocked sweat gland and that they normally sort themselves out however a year and a half later its still there,it causes no pain the only downside is at 23 i havent been sexually active for 2 years as people get put off when they see it, am intending to go back to doctor to see if they can remove it/them. started as one now 3 but still the main one
