Bodybuilding own way to make a real difference if you take something to help the process of building the body, then some of you may be influenced by hormones, but no additional cost is not really going to mess with you.

I've been a BB'er for years now I masturbate and have sex frequently. I've never had a problem building muscle, even competed and won a couple amateur competitions.

I don't know why some people come on here and talk about masturbation like it's bad for you. I lead a very active and happy life and masturbation is natural. Having sex is the exact same thing, the only difference is you have a hole to put it in.

Psh theirs all kindsa studies on this...ive seen some sayin Sexual stimulation causes the body to increase the production of oxytocin, endorphin production, and raises testosterone. ...hell ive seen some that suggest not masterbating is worse than masterbating for instance quoting an article here "The chinese study also suggests that abstaining from ejaculation will not increase your Testosterone levels long term and hence, not improve your bodybuilding gains. hey m 20 yr old guy n i wanna tell u my story plzz read u it its interesting n beneficial.............guys m also addicted to this activity frm ma childhood i masturbate twice a day ..............but i was a skinny guy ...........this this n process continued to till ma class 12 wen i was 18 yr old then i realised that i shud give up this activity but still couldn't .... but yeah my self motivation leads me to do it less guys...then i masturbate once a day for 2-3 months that tym my height is 6.1 n weight 55 kg which was really so less .....underweight too shy on this....lolz.... then i again i decided to give up but couldn't ...then this leads me to do masturbate 3-4 times a week.....but still this isn't help me to gain weight though but after that m became gud chubby face n all but still ma weight was abou 57-58.......then when i join college i decide to do it twice a week for aroung 6-mon which leads to gain ma weight upto 60 then i decided to do it once a week then i started eating too much continue eating like bananas ...also had ma food after m not hungry.........n thats lead to gain ma upto 68 kilos in 2 n half months with same masturbation frequency once a week then i decide to join a GYM.....i thought may b if i join a GYM i get muscle n may b i'll completely quit masturbation...... now its been 3 months in gym i get 4-kilos more now m 72 kilos......but m still masturbating n now i dun like it but still masturbating even m regular at gym m still underweight caz ma weight shul b 79 kilos acc to ma height ...can anyone help me ?????????????????????????????????

2. Isolate the cause.

If you concentrate on just stopping masturbation then you will just return to your addiction after a short period of success. So, why do you masturbate? It could be because you are bored, lonely, hurt, stressed, or it could be because of pains from the past.
You're going to have to get yourself in a relaxed state conducive to productive thought to really find out why you turn to masturbation. What are you trying to escape? Avoid focusing on symptoms. Saying you masturbate because it feels good is not the real reason you masturbate excessively. Dig deep into your feelings. If you find this part difficult you may need therapy to help you discover feelings you are not seeing clearly right now.
3. Deal with your feelings.
Dealing with feelings correctly is a skill and may be a skill you have forgotten or need to learn. Feelings are the result of thoughts. How we interpret the world and ourselves in our minds determines how we feel. We decide how we feel about things. I usually masturbate regularly. And there is no effect in my body for so many years as I do bodybuilding. Its better to masturbate after you workout to prevent sluggishness. It is true that testosterone will be released in our body after we masturbate, that is why we feel the anabolic effects of it. Like becoming sleepy, tired and powerless. That hormone or steroid hormone makes us sleepy so that muscle will grow and develop. Unfortunately, for those who are not physically active, same hormone will also bring their fats to develop and uncanny postures like chubbiness, swelling and distinct circular dark bands around your eyes showed up. You know this is our nature to satisfy our sexual desire, so there is no harm to do it regularly, It's our guilt that prevent us from doing it.
