About one or twice a day and it depends . Sometimes it takes awhile and other times no time at all. So u think over masterbating can effect how one feels durin sex? Thats a scary thought. Do u think the sensation will come back if i stop masterbating.?
I have found that masturbating dry makes it more difficult during sex. If you always do it dry (like I did as a kid) then the lubrication present during sex causes there to not be enough friction for you to get the feelings you need. I've found that you can start to mix up your routine by masturbating with lube and it will get your body used to that different feeling that less direct friction provides.

He's hit the nail. If you masturbate use lube. You can't masturbate the same way every time otherwise your penis will expect the same thing to orgasm.
I agree Zeke - I would say that if you do switch to using lube - still keep switching it up. Lube sometimes, dry sometimes, etc. Keep it interesting for yourself!
