I actually just read something about this.. After you ejaculate some semen is left inside of your urethra. If you don’t pee after ejaculation some bacteria can form inside of it. When you pee after you finish it clears everything out and sterilizes it. This has happened to me a few times...

If you are using a "used" rag or cloth, you are probably transmitting an infection. Or, you could be braking the skin in the urethra with the scratchy old cloth. The obvious solution is to always use a "soft, clean" cloth. Treat your penis with respect and it will respect you!
