Sounds like it's in his head. Over 70% of nausea related stomach/abdomin issues are physiological. Until he believes there's nothing wrong, and he's a healthy strapping teenager, the symptoms will stay. I'm speaking first hand as a 22 year old who has been through the whole game.

Hey, have your doctor check for celiacs disease. It affects your upper gi track and its caused from a sever gluten intolerance. Ive had this for as long as i remember and the no gluten diet helps

My son was throwing up and having severe stomach pain....all test showed normal...well obviously something was wrong...he was admitted with 104 fever, throwing up and severe pain...finally a foreign doctor wanted to do a nuclear med test called the HIDA scan...come to find out his gallbladder was only functioning at 6% and he was close to going into renal failure!! Request the HIDA SCAN to check the gallbladder...it'll tell you if the gallbladder is squeezing as it should be

Tania you are right ! The enemies are alcohol , overweight, big fatty meals from refined foods , stress, lack of sleep ,antibiotics in my case damaged my liver .
hi fuchss ! i also lost weight , i was speaking on hi tone and i made saliva and blood tests and the doctors discovered i had some sort of bacteria or parasite in my stomach . 15 days of treatment and i ate only cereals the unsweetened ones with tea and i got healty !

My mom had this a couple years ago, and it turned out , she had anemia due to the fact that she was bleeding internally . She also, wen to many doctors and everything came back normal until she decided to go to the hospital .... hope this helps a little .
