Same thing happened to me only that I fall from bike and landed on the ground with my face, for one week now my upper lip and the left side of my nose are still numb. What do I do and how long is it going to last before it goes back to normal.
Am equally in the same situation. Am scared too.

I was punched in the face (cheek) and now there is a hard raised chunk under my skin.
The bruising is gone. What is this chunk?
I have had numb teeth ever since I got a kick to the cheekbone four months ago. Some posts are saying to leave it and see does the nerve repairs itself, but no such luck until now. Is this dangerous?
