I checked this website to try to gain more info on the uptick of stiffness and muscle pain I'm experiencing. So many hurting people! Guys, I discovered a self exercise-therapy method that eliminated my pain issues when I was in my late 40s. I'd been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, but I also had two herniated discs in my spine. The ***this post is edited by moderator *** *** posting of web addresses is not allowed*** Please read our Terms of Use helped me heal my discs and relieve that awful pain. I thought my life was over then. I've been practicing this exercise method every day since. My new lifestyle. But now in my early 60s, stiffness and muscle pain is creeping steadily in. I guess the scarring on my healed discs has become arthritic now. I'll keep on stretching and moving the best I can. Best wishes to everyone here. We can help ourselves best with an inside-out approach most of the time with appropriate foundational motion and smart, simple diet.
I haven't read all these posts but please look at the vitamins you may be taking. If they have stearates in them it can make you very achy and stiff over time. I am not sure if there are other ingredients that would do that too but be mindful of what you are taking and any potential effects. I am very stiff and achy with stearates. Another thing- might you have food intolerances or allergies? If you need help detecting work with an experienced functional medicine doctor, natural path, or wellness chiropractor- experienced is important. Do not rely on traditional medicine. They will just medicate you. You want to find the root cause and fix it. Best wishes!
Also, if you want to find out if its food, take out all potential allergens- corn, dairy, wheat/gluten, eggs, nuts (I think that is it but check on this) - and eat pure for 30 days. Add a new food in each week and note your symptoms. If you notice symptoms that food is a problem. Remove it from diet. This will add to aches and pains in body.
Also consider Lyme disease, which can give a false negative on a test
Yeah I thought that too when I was 16 but it just seems to be getting worse for me my mom was diagnosed with it which means I have a higher chance that I have it also but Idk but I have pretty much all the symptoms but Idk I'm not a doctor

its just not that simple, it’s a disease that is debilitating.
There is pain and stiffness in my legs, arms, and sometimes in the whole body. I think it is caused by the gmo food that we have been eating. This is caused by monsanto and big pharma, so they can make more money!
Yeah, me! You described my condition exactly. Our only difference: I am 85. I am considering trying that "Relief Factor." Other than that, I am just fine.
