I have the same problem also, my penis is only 5” Inches when fully erect and 1 1/2” in girth and when I do push ups it’s shrinks to less then 3/4” in length and about 1/2” in girth, really tiny, it practically disappears, which is very embarrassing, even my Wife was shocked and worried because she said she had never seen one that small before. She told me her ex-boyfriend Had a 10” penis 2” girth and he never had any problems with size even after working out

This is just my theory, no evidence to support....When our ancestors fought hand to hand, you'd want your genitals to be a small target. I figure you have warrior genes. Your body reacts to physical strain by making your genitals a small target, in case they are in danger. Happens to me too.

This is due to the blood flow going to the working muscles, it seems to happen after workout or heavy exercise. I believe this is normal. If you're worried you might want to consult a doctor.

none of you will have this problem if every time u f**k or have sex just have strict 48 hours from eating.... drink massive amts of juice and water organic and you'll be f*****g on the top of the world, have ur electrolytes, pineapple juice, again u wanna always saturate ur body n tummy fully with fluids when ur stomach is empty. im sure you'll see this is a direct way to help the blood reach the penis

mine just doesn't shrink but the testicles will retract above penis. causes an uncomfortable numbing effect and I have to reach into my pants to push my testicles down

Quite normal but will vary per individual.
I was a masters' sprinter have a good sized penis. At the start of the 100 and during it my "junk" was clearly quite visible but would shrink for a time afterwards. After weights exercises at home my penis shrinks to its lowest possible size.
It's a matter of the blood being necessarily used by the big muscles like quads, glutes, arms/shoulder area and inner organs. If the penis (as with all our organs) doesn't need a big blood input for just laying around nature dictates not to waste the effort. At these times the penis is virtually gristle with just enough blood to nourish the cells - not inflate the sponge tissue

I hope you mean 1 1/2" across, not girth - which is the measurement all the way around it.
Maybe he TOLD your wife it was 10" long .... I told mine that LOL

1.i have to not eat 2 days just drink just for 1 f**k it doesnt Makes sense- i f...k almost everyday - will one time doing what you said enought for all the f.....gs ?
2. drink so much juice its a lot of sugar and can kill your health
3.what is water organic ? natural mineral water ?

If it goes back to its normal size after some time, then that is relatively normal and not to worry about. It is simply the fact that all blood in the body is being used in the muscles, and once you’ve finished working out, the blood can go back to the penis. Warm baths and showers help.

Don't know if this thread is still live. I struggle with this problem and I know it's normal. It's just that I have small testicles and I worry about this either twisting or disappearing. I once had sex and then had a really warm shower and lay on my front in bed. I got up a while later and couldn't find one of my testicles. I almost fainted...we ran to the doctors and waited for about 2 hours and it finally turned up. Since then I've never lay on my front and always checking them. I now have back pain (maybe due to never being on my front) and always worried about loosing my testicles.

How small is to small?
