This was my instant solution, it seems to have worked a bit, but I was stil worried so I came to do a little more research, I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem. I was really considering going to a doctor.
I work construction and every few years this happens to me it is a Fungal infection so anti-bacterial products won't work. Go to a Walgreen's and they have a soap called Fungicure it will get your ball back to normal, no doctor visit necessary.
I've been working in health care for 20 years Sounds like a lot of these cases are yeast infections.
The reason you guys have it is because you guys might have been itching that part of the skin and the dead skin is just like a scab but on the penis .

I think this is from soap. I had gone to a friends house and we played slip and slide kickball. I am 14 so this couldn't be an STD or anything. Anyways they had put dish soap all over the slip and slide. I didn't take a shower at his house. I just dried off.
Aloe Vera gel heals it within a couple of days. This exact thing happened to me from soap being there for awhile. I have recently been on holiday in Africa, I found that this happened to me while I was there for a few days; my scrotum was dry and flakey and red. I did scratch them which loosened a lot of dead skin but this caused irritation but a few weeks on I am back to normal.
