Thought I wouldlet you now some possible causes and how to fix this problem as i had it aswell
The dryness is ironically from sweat on your scrotum, over excessive masturbation or even lack of general cleanliness. I fixed it by having a shower and taking the shower head directly to my scotum for about 5-6 mins.
I found after that it has returned to its natural state thank god :D

I'm sorry but you're wrong. The symptoms described are not dryness. It is a skin infection. It requires an anti microbial solution. Octenisan is what it's called in the UK. It is an anti-microbial shower gel.

I'm 15 and have the same problem, only occured recently, started off with a burning sensation near the centre of my balls and then it proceeded to the flaky skin and now it's peeling off, I'm going to see a doctor soon would any of you's recommend peeling it all off or wait for the doctor to see what it is?

So im 14 and I saw some flakeing of my skin on my scrotum under my penis near the middle. I also saw some near the bottom right. and under the head of my penis on the left theres a little bit of red. Also I masturbated like 2 times with shampoo. please help

i also have this... I tried going to the doctor to have a check up instead my doctor screwed me.. i suggest using some aloe lotion it helps.. and it also makes your balls smooth as hell
