I have been shaving my scotrum since last year but a week before i shaved it and new hair start to grow up and the new hair are quite hard so their tips bite me in my scotrum. Its so harsh itching that i can't bear the pain. I dont sleep all night due to this itching. It feels like a needel is punched in it.. .
