Hello there, I was thinking about getting some cosmetic surgery but I'm worried that if I get it that it wont look natural cos what I really want is a nose job and chin, cheek and jaw implants but I keep feeling that its too much. What do you think?
I think if you want surgery to make you feel and look more confident you should go for it.
But make sure you dont have surgery, and keep wanting more, make sure you go for EXACTLY what you want.

Anything that is not natural would definitely be noticed...as long as you are happy with the changes then i think that any surgery would not matter... :-D Just be confident and dont fret too much that its "from the doctors"...make it look as if its an original part of you.. Good luck...
