I believe it does! I'm going through that same thing right now! The migraines, body aches, fatigue, now upset stomach and gas out of nowhere!

A lot of my symptoms disappeared after all wisdom teeth extractions, i still kinda have the migraines but not that bad, everything else is gone
what symptoms you had exactly?
Derealization, brain fog, dizziness, muscle weakness, fatigue, anxiety, headaches everyday, loss of weight, fevers, Heat intolerance, and a lot more, i didnt feel like going or anything just wanted to be home in bed

Oh and also stomach aches and diarrhea, I just didnt feel like myself at all! And i have swollen tonsils but they're going down
