I know how you feel. I'm 15 . I'm 5 feet and I way almost 170 pounds. I hate my body. I don't look like I way that much but I do. I have started to work our every day and morning. Try cutting out unhealthy foods. And allow yourself one cheat day . Drink lots of water!

Hey, I know this topic is old by now, but I still want to post my reply (: I am almost 20 years old and I'm from Belgium, so we don't use lbs and I wouldn't know my weight in lbs, but in kilograms, it has been between 80 & 85. 3 years ago, my weight was normal, like 60 kg. But I have been together with my boyfriend since then and he always fed me too much. "I don't want you to be hungry" he said. Now, maybe I am not THAT overweight, but I still don't feel good in my body. I'm surrounded by skinny people, and they all say that they want to lose weight, it doesn't make me feel good. Also I'm studying photography, so every kid in class has been asked to be a model already, except for me. I've tried a lot of things, but my problem is, I don't have willpower. I've been trying to go on a diet since June. Now it's February. I don't know how much I weigh right now, because numbers only make me sad. I try to see it in the mirror. I lost 2 sizes. I went from XL to M. But my legs just won't lose weight and I don't really have the time to exercise. I get up at 5.30 AM and come home 6.30 PM from school, and I'm kind of autistic and I have planned my whole evening. When I get home I do my homework, then I make my dinner (I live alone with my boyfriend), then shower and by then it's 9.00/9.30 and then I still have to shower & I need 8 hours of sleep. Yes sure, I have a boyfriend, who says I'm beautiful, but other people already told me I should really lose weight. 

Now I've lost 2 sizes, by only watching my food.Eat breakfast,Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, rice cakes, fruit, drinking water (I don 't drink alot, I know it's unhealthy but I'm just not a thirsty girl. 2 glasses a day is my maximum),

sometimes I blend a banana, apple, orange juice & baby cookies (betterfood)

eat soup for lunch with a few toasts. (sometimes)

- I LOVE meat, I can't help it. But I try to eat chicken and fish almost 3/4 times a week.

- I used to go to the gym once a week, but that was when it was summer time and I didn't go to school.

I used to try these pills : chiline fatburner They help, but not much. 

Now I still want to get to 60 kg, so I am going to try the Cabbage soup diet.

I was such a fat kid. People would make comments and be really cruel to me. I was about 130 pounds when I was nine. Because of this I decided to become anorexic. It was the worst thing I did to my body and now I am depressed. Please don't resort to this! It ruins your body so much.

I agree with you, these tips are very beneficial for weight loss. I like Jogging and Aerobic. Along these tips I do regular exercise and Dance, these are safe and effective to lose weight and live healthy and fit.

I agree you should take it slowly and you will eventually loose weight. Plus, don't let being overweight put you down. It's not whats on the outside that counts, it's whats on the inside. But you should still be healthy.

BREAKFAST:
• Oatmeal (1/3 cup dry), 102 calories.
• Blueberries (½ cup), 35 calories.
• ½ cup skim milk, 45 calories

LUNCH:
Lettuce (2 cups), 15 calories.
Carrots (½ cup), 26 calories.
Skim latte, 50 calories.


DINNER:
Veggie burger, 110 calories.
Steamed vegetables, 25 calories.
Brown rice (1 cup), 110 calories.
Sugar-free hot chocolate with skim milk (1 cup), 108 calories.

it all adds up to around 630 calories a day. add on 3 hours of intense exercise, and i lost 30 pounds from 11 stone in 14 days!

One of the best way to lose your weight very fast -

You should do regular exercise

You should walk twice in a day - early in the morning and in the evening

You should drink honey + glass of water everyday before having breakfast

You should eat after every 3 hours

You should have salads and fruits in your diet

Have one apple everyday + coconut water

Good Sleep & more water..

I KNOW I'M 7 YEARS LATE TO REPLY TO YOUR POST :( BUT BETTER LATE THAN NEVER.... ANYWAYS I HAVE THE ANSWER TO YOUR PROBLEM EVEN IF YOU DO NOT NEED IT NOW... I WAS 5FT EXACT AND WEIGHED 203 lbs... ikr WORST THAN YOU SIGH I WAS SO SAD AND DEPRESSED THAT I TOOK IT UPON MY SELF TO LOSE THE WIGHT. I DID ONE THING AND I LOST 53 LBS IN 3 WEEKS AND I STILL ENJOYED FAST FOOD..UNBELIEVABLE RITE :) BUT I'M LIVING PROOF :) ALSO ITS HEALTHY :))))) ALL I DID WAS DRINK WARM WATER AS HOT AS I CAN BARE THROUGH A STRAW EVERY MORNING, AFTERNOON AND AT NIGHT TIME BEFORE I GO TO BED... AND LIKE MAGIC IT WEN AWAY :)) I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT MYSELF BUT WEN I LOOK AT ALL MY FAT PHOTOS AND THE NEW FITTED CLOSE I HAD TO BELIEVE :)) NOW I'M STILL LOSING MY WEIGHT BUT DOING CRUNCHES CAZ I HAVE LITTLE BELLY FLAB DUE TO ALL THE WEIGHT LOST BUT I'M TONING UP SO ITS WORKING :))  ALSO U NEED TO CARRY ROUND A CLOTH/RAG CAZ U WILL BE SWEATING A LOT!!! everyone is always looking to lose weight fast by sitting on their couch and watching tv.  Well here h is the secret if you truly want to lose weight and look healthy.   STOP EATING CRAPPY FOOD. START EXCERCISING.  It's that simple.  If you only choose one of those it doesn't work well.  Just losing weight can make your skin saggy; and just excercising will only keep you from gaining more weight.  You need both.  That's the hard truth.  You must eat right and be active.

It makes no sense to try to lose weight in unhealthy way, it will damage your health and moreover, the weight will likely come back again. Of course you should keep a diet, and not just for some weeks but for much longer time. I never count calories,as I think it's hard thing to do precisely, I just gave up eating fast and fatty food and eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and drink juices (the products that help to burn calories - grapefruits, aloe vera drink or juice, green tea, spinach) And of course I drink water, about 6 glasses a day. But I guess giving up eating fast food is what helps me to lose weight the most. Exercising is also very important, you should do it every day or every other day for a least 10 minutes. These things are well-known but they are he most effective as well.

well if you really want to lose weight, you could start doing crystal meth.

your weight would be gone, but you have to ask yourself,.. was it worth it?

or you could partake in physically demanding excersise and eat healthy

without indulging in as many refined carbohydrates and sugary foods/drinks.

I would TRY TO PUT LESS PRESSURE ON YOURSELF TO LOSE QUICKLY, JUST SETTLE FOR LOSING A FEW POUNDS AT A TIME.:)

see....losing weight quickly isnt worth it.:):-D

The very best way to lose weight FAST is the HCG Diet. it is the ONLY one that I have ever found that actually works, it really not that hard and believe it or not even with 500 calories a day you do not feel hungry. Try it.
