EC Stack. = 24mg Ephedrine + 200mg of Caffeine. Take in morning on empty tummy, three times a day, four hours min in between doses. Do not increase dose, be safe. Order online or buy at store.

Or ECA Stack (research, you decided) I take a cod liver oil supplement instead of aspirin. Thins blood, helps with weight loss.

Veggies. Fruit. Water. Workout. (chicken and fish are excellent for you).

Walk 16 miles a week. Easier then it sounds. Just walk, relax, listen to music. I walk home from work 2 days a week. Time goes by fast.

If you do these things you must also say to yourself in the mirror daily "I accept myself unconditionally". Say it everyday. Outer beauty will only do so much. Inner beauty is power.

On a side note, if your family picks on you or insults your weight in anyway it is not okay. I've actually cut out a person close to me in my family that I love for constant verbal abuse of putting me down and picking on my weight. I am healthy now, not too thin, not over weight. I am me and happy.

Yes. I know what u are sayin I was 12 years old and I was 5,7 and weight about 289lbs. I just went to the gym and when oh the limpical. I also went for walks and runs every day. And did belly curls 100. Every night. It hurts. But it works I'm now 16 and weight 178lbs. And I think I look pretty now u should try it out

ok so I know how you feel...but the difference is I am anorexic..I am 18 years old 5'4 and I weight 130 pounds. I have been getting help for a while now and I realize that maybe my mom, sibling, boyfriend, and my best friend have the right to be worried about me. When I went to the doctor and I saw how much i weigh i started to panic that everything I do is for nothing..all the exercise and not eating wasn't working. I understand that you want to loose weight as quickly as possible but we are humans not machines. Currently my doctor has given me a strict diet which to be honest I feel so much better. In the morning go with a healthy breakfast like a veggie omelet if you want you can eat just half as long as you eat something, and a V8  would be good too it will make you full (don't eat any heavy foods like bacon). Throughout your day every 2-3 hours eat little snacks(what fits in the palm of your hand) grapes, half a apple, carrots, celery, oranges, string cheese etc. aim for healthy things. never eat from 6 p.m to later on at night since we usually aren't as active at those hours. Then at night make time to exercise at least one hour it is good for you and it will help you tone your body. I know I'm writing this down as if it were so easy for me..but i want to get better and I know that with the help of my loved ones I can do it. Try it..it won't hurt oh and don't forget to drink a lot of water. I am happy you want to be healthy but do this the right way..it's a living hell what I am going through and I don't want you or anyone else to go through the same thing.

the more you eat the more you can do: I eat 2000 calories and burn 6000 each day... that's 2000 resting caloric number + 4000 through activity.

 

I just finished up a weight loss contest where I lost 60 lbs in 6 weeks.   I didn't do an enema because I'm not sure it's safe.  If I had done one I'd opt for a tap water enema.  The distilled water makes you look thin.  I drink about a gallon a day and it really helped with that bloated look I was sporting.  Purified has minerals added for taste... I noticed a change in mood since switching to distilled, I'm much happier and more optimistic.  Take vitamins as you lose weight and if you are going to lose more than 7 lbs take fish oil or krill oil, coq10, and eat almonds, oatmeal, fiber one and anything and everything that's good for your heart.  I was very concerned about cardiac arrhythmia, more than 7 lbs lost a week can cause that, so I was very careful with my heart.  Remember your heart runs on an electrical system and you need sodium, magnesium, and food in general for it to run properly.  The best advice is eat more, do more... I find I can do 300 calories of effort for every 100 calories I eat... if I was starting out I'd do 200 calories for every 100 calories eaten.  At your weight and height doing absolutely nothing you need to eat 1356 calories to maintain weight.  I had fat stored that I could use for energy, so I could go with the 1/3rd rule (100 calories eaten to 300 calories burned) start with 700 calories and for every 200 calories burned eat 100 calories more.  1 lb = 3500 calories, so it takes some work, but 14 lbs is possible.  Weight loss is a simple math problem, just protect your heart and be healthy... stay away from laxatives because they damage nerves in your stomach, vitamin c works better anyway.  Carb cycling really works, but it's more advanced... look into it if you want.  You want to look thin, not lose weight so start with distilled water... you'll look 10 lbs thinner in a week.

Vegetables have carbs. It's what they're made of. You say you started eating nothing but green vegetables, but were under 3 carbs a day... Um... not sure how that's possible. I guess you were eating a tiny amount of them, huh? What with your little anorexic diet there?

My friend I am also on the heavy side and all I can say drink water about 2 liters before you eat anything. If you can walk or slow run everyday for about 1 1/2 hours. I wish you luck but just understand you must make you happy.BESAFE MY NEW FRIEND..

There is nothing wrong with you at all. I am 20 years old, 5'4 and 130 and everyone thinks I am perfect. I hate myself. Its your mind set you need to change. Thats what I had to do. I have always hated myself and the way I looked, so I changed the way I looked at myself. I understand you are 16 and that probably will be hard for you, but its what you need to do. ALSO, do not compare your self to others or look at beauty mags. they will only make you feel ugly.
AND, when it comes to food; this is the healthy side of things and what you should do anyway, and WILL help you lose weight, but think of food as fuel. You dont want something bad in your body, you dont want bad engery, it burms out fast and makes me feel like c**p. Instead of an energy drink, have a banana. You want to fuel your body, not feed it because it thinks it is hungry.
Lastly, drink a lot of water as I am sure you are aware. BUT drink a full glass before every meal, it will make you feel less hungry.

Just love yourself. The time to worry about what you look like is when it is a health issuse. And maybe when you hit 45. You are 16, LOVE YOURSELF. How can you expect others to love you if you dont love you?
