What I did to go from 147 (I am only five feet and I was 14) to 117 (and now 109) is skip means, eat healthy when eating (no dairy), drink LOTS of water and tea, and exercise. Simply as that. If you want tea sweetened use stevia, not sugar or artificial sweeteners

To lose stomach fat you do lots of sit ups or crunches DONT starve yourself or you will overeat. For thighs do lunges ans squats. Drink water, and don't eat suger. Suger puts you in the fat storing mode. Eat healthy. Walk a lot. Hope it works for you it did for me!

Hi, Im 5'0 and 135bls. I lost 4 pounds in the last 4 days. my vacation is coming up i 4 weeks, and my plan is to lose 20 pound by then.
I am totally understand how you feel, because i feel the same way. let me show you what i actually did. I know you can do it to, but must be today bc you are running out of time.
(optional. I went on groupon and purchase diet plan that quote "medication weight loss". usually it phentermine, it make you not hungry. but i only took that for the 1st 2 days. This will cost you about $60 to$120)
but here is what you do to lose 1 pound a day.
1- breakfast- eat a banana. Ran to Starbucks and get a cup of coffee, drink it all. This is where your energy coming from.
2- go to the gym for 2 hours. walk, run, jog, swim whatever you want. i did the elliptical.
3- make sure eat something after exercise such as a banana, an orange. make sure it a fruit. your body and your brain need glucose to function. ( to me this is a must, if you skip, your body will crave for sugar and you will eat junk foods)
4. eat salad for dinner. make sure with light dressing. you can also have some protein. I eat emedeme its soybean in the frozen section at the super market.
4- IS ALSO a must. drink a gallon on water a day.

Hey my name is Zanith and I think I can help. It's been over a year since you posted this, but I wanted to give you an answer myself. I hope you got your weight under control. anyway I'll get started. So my mother is studying to be a nutritionist and I have learn a lot from watch her study.
In one of her studies, it showed that if you don't eat in the morning your metabolism wont start, making it almost imposable to loss weight. Yes you could starve yourself and destroy your liver, but you still wouldn't lose weight as fast as you thank you would. your body will start storing fat cause it thinks your starving yourself. so if you eat and small meal in the morning your metabolism will start.
you will want to drink lemon water and lots of it or it wont work as fast. along with water every time you get hungry. then when it comes to dinner time sit down with your family eat a small dinner. if you eat dinner with family they wont think anything is weird, even when you do start losing weight super fast.
I'm only thirteen and had difficulties with my weight. Now getting healthy again and feel great.
