All the below posts are better and healthier and safer, etc, etc, yes, but if you want to know, YOU WANT TO KNOW! so here is how you do it:

1. Don't eat anything except for when you start to feel really sick have a carrot or a cucumber or something with minimal calories.

2. Drink a lot of water, and green teas

3. Exercise for 1 hour in the morning and 1 at night/ as much as you can!! make sure you sweat heaps so wear jumpers and leggings

4. Take laxatives

This is very unhealthy but if you're serious this answers your question.simple..

and note that when you start eating healthily again you will probably gain a lot more weight

Sweetheart no matter what your size is you NEVER feel that you are ugly. You are a pretty young lady. Do what you want as far as losing weight because, it will make you feel better.

The fastest way I have ever lost weight, and my Daughter too, was with SUZANNE SOMMERS, "Eat Great Lose Wieight" book. And we did not follow it to the tee. We just ate every 3 hours and separated our carbs from our Fats/Protiens!

Water fasting.... I squeeze two limes into a water bottle and drink a few gulps whenever i may be hungry and instantly the hunger goes away and i lose atleast a pound a day....you should check up on Fasting....im currently doing Water Fasting at the moment im 16 i weigh 154 and im 5'5 and trying to get skinny i feel your pain

Hi ,
I read your post and I wanted to know how u felt while doing this. I only want to lose about 30 lbs but fast. You said you lost 34lbs in the first 3 weeks and that's perfect. Were you tried? Drained? Sick?
Also how are you doing now ? The weight is still off?

You could start puking every time after you eat. it's really bad for your teeth but it works well. i never got addicted. in fact, i need to lose weight again toobut i cant seem to remember to purge. i'm thinking about just drinking water, eating tuna and vegetables only. but no potatoes, carrots or corn. too much (natural) sugar. if i cant do it, then i may just stop eating for a week. or start purging again. idk, idc. bye haters.

I am a 36 year old female and I have always, and I mean always been over weight. Very athletic but over weight. In High School I played every sport but the guys gave me a nickname of "thunder thighs" one hear ago I had my last baby. I decided I was done with being fat. At that time I was 5'9" and 211 pounds. Ugh! I worked out and worked out and worked out. Nothing! In November I ran into a friend that recommended Bee Pollen. I had never even heard of such a thing. Well, I have been taking since November, I went from 211 to now 145. I feel amazing. It cleanses my body, my hunger is minimal, I eat healthy, and just ran my first half marathon. It's all natural but the biggest thing is to make sure you drink a LOT of water. I exercise 6 days a week, eat right, drink water, and keep positive people around me:) Good luck with all that you do!

I’m 20 years old and since i was 15 Ive been 5’1 and I weigh 178lbs, but dont let that number fool you because although it is not a number I am comfortable with, I’ve learned that it suits my body just fine. I’ve tried everything from various dieting pills, exercise, healthy eating, not eating at all, detoxing, and NEVER lose an inch off my body. It sucks, but for some its much harder than others. I lost 5 lbs in a week once from taking a diet pill and not eating simultaneously but was rushed to the hospital for a serious heart condition. No weightloss fad is worth taking your life or harming it in anyway. Trust me when I tell you that once you learn to love yourself, flaws and all, it will be much easier for you to shed pounds. Stress is proven to increase weight gain, so stay calm :) I know Im super late with this but I’m looking for answers online as well and came across this. I hope you’ve had some luck since this post. Sadly, I have yet to lose anything, but my time will come :) good luck, and stay positive

Looking for some advice..

 

I'm 5'11 and weigh 280.  Its embarassing.. and worse than that its preventing me from conceiving.  My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for 2 years, I've come to the realization and acceptance that I need to make a change.  We are also planning a vacation to a small Caribbean island in September so I would love to lose a lot of weight in the next three months.

Please send me your id**t proof instructions on extreme weight loss quick!  I'm willing to do the work, buy the stuff eat the right way, whatever it takes.  I've tried weight watchers before(hated it) and also adkins(felt too restricted).

I really don't want to have to start measuring the amount of nuts I eat in a day, but if I have to.. Alright.

I have one idea0 have a slimfast shake in the morning, no snack, have half a head of lettuce for lunch with no fat dressing and steamed mushrooms and then small snack in early afternoon and then piece of chicken and a hard boiled egg for dinner.  Does that sound like I'd lose weight fast?

Drink only water, one can of tuna in water, 5 crackers, tablespoon per meal 3-5times a day if you can manage it three and low exercise rountine and build it 1 block walk and ride a bike a couple block do how ever much makes u sweat. This is unhealthy, this is military diet, this is fast and effective, follow it to a T and guarenteed 10-30 pounds a week the first month find yourself not losing that much not enough exercise. If i were u i would work on stand up pedaling and as long as you can on bike, and if by chance ur a couch potatoe and dont have a job that requires u to walk and move i suggest two rounds of exercisei went from 385 to 196 in 6months u lotion for skin to prevent stretch marks and good luck

i know how it  feels to want to  loose weight fast. im also the odd ball out of my family, every one in my family is extremily healthy, thin, and reasonably tall. while im13, 5", and weigh about 110.  I know i might  be a bit late replying to this, but there  is one way that i have foundd that actually works  pretty well, and can help you lose 20-40 pounds a month, depending on how strictly you folllow the diet. the basic diet is no wheat unless 100% whole grain or whole wheat. lots of low glycemic  foods (cabbage, carrots, califlower, celery, cucumbers, zucchini, onions, pears, tomatores, watercress, bannanas, apples, berries, dark leaf lettuce...) No fast food, junk food (fatty chips, fat on bacon, anything that you would find in mcdonalds) butter ( or just use less, or , on potatoes for example, try sour creeam instead) milk( try lactose free, it has less fat and tastes sweeter) MOST EMPORTANTLY: NO CANDY, PROSESSED FOODS, TRANS-FATS, OR SUGAR(or at least try to cut down.) Try to eat protein. you want to be healthy looking not anorexic or buelemic looking.  egg whites, leanmeats ( chicken, turkey, white fish as long as you dont eat the fat witch i know its the best part! but its not good for you) Whole wheat bread, look for low fat and low sodium, try soy beans, tofu, nuts. REAlLY EMPORTANT: SMALL meals every 2-3 hours 5-7 times a day. these are snacks. NOT BIG MEALS. Also make sure to drink lots of water. over nine cups per day will help with your matabelism, witch is basicly the timer that tells how fast you can burn your fat, try  it with lemon before and afterr EVERY meal. this will do a BIG portion of this . but it is imposssible to completly get the fat gone without exerciseing. try: walking with sprints, swimming laps, jumping jacks, pushups, squats, squat pushups, leg raises, theigh raises, butterfly stretch, ....... if you dont know how to  do any of these, look um up on youtube. you only have to do these for about 30 minutes per day.

There is ALOT of misinformation on HCG.

In spite of what some people here are writing - losing weight quickly is not "cheating". It's not "lazy". That's like saying "taking an advil is a lazy way of dealing with a headache".

Obesity is extremely unhealthy, even deadly. It can cause unmanageable health issues, lead to heart attacks, stroke, arthritis, organ failure and more. Losing weight is a medical issue - not a cosmetic one.

Thousands of doctors worldwide have prescribed HCG off label (for weight loss) and support the program and have seen good results. So it's not some crack-fad diet peddaled by a bunch of desperate housewives wanting to fit into size "0" at 50. It's a legit program.

That said - avoid internet HCG. This is a prescription hormone with contraindications and some mild side effects. You do need to be under the care of a physician while on it.

Overweight and obesity are caused by a number of factors, including an interuption of the proper metabolic process in the body. That can't be corrected without first losing weight (unless it's thyroid).

So if you do want to go on HCG, are under the care of a physician, who approves you for the treatment - people's opinions shouldn't stop you from doing the program. It's very short (12 weeks total) and has tremendous sucess.
