Thank you so much for your help! You’ve helped me to resolve this issue. I started in a new med this week and had the reverse ejaculation. 20% is a correct analysis! I will not follow through with the TURP procedure.

The dr. doesn't care because it not their problem. Just put them in our position and then hear way they say. Useless .

I agree with all you said

Urolift only works higher up the urethra and does not work down by the bladder neck.

I had the rezum procedure and it caused the same problem
Looking for solutions. Dr. all say there's nothing they can do.

I experienced complete RE with Flowmax. At first I was very dissapointed but what I discovered that helped was similar to a post above. I began to realize the difference between orgasm and ejaculation. Yes ejaculation feels good, but when it no longer happened, my biggest surprise was that after orgasm, which definitely feels different, but still very good, I had no significant refractory period. I could just keep going. I usually can not get a second orgasm. Sometimes but not often, but my wife and I enjoy the extra inning and I just accept that orgasm number 2 isn't going to happen so I focus on her. Since I am still turned on after orgasm, I really enjoy making sure she is satisfied as opposed to just rolling over and going to sleep. I hope this helps someone.

i was 73 and my prostate was not enlarged but a deformity needed fixed my bladder was fine i just had pressure blocking my ability to urinate with out some back pressure ... i had the TURP they said needed and after that my bladder was damaged and closed up after the surgery .. they had to do another surgery to re-open my messed up bladder neck they said this was common ... the dr had a woman assistant tell me every thing would be the same that just wouldn't be able to have kids but would be able to pee like a younger person ;;; tge Dr was not seen again only nurses after he did the second surgery I never saw him again which I did not feel comfortable talking with woman about my ejaculation or ED needless to say I am very unhappy and my wife and I already had to give up on me and i cant even get satisfaction from a hand job as it don't even compare to my prior ability to at least enjoy that so there again i feel i was led to believe all would be ok except for it going to bladder and that' s a lie! they could at least be honest and have dr telling us this not some female assistant!
