Im 15 and I cant eat becayse it hurts so much, usually one packet of crisps hurts so much my eyes water but i dont get hungry again. Has my stomach shrank i dont want to talk to my mum about it yet

Maybe if you don't want to take it as serious as to going to a doctor, try to build her up with having a little snack at breakfast, maybe a banana and gradually build up the meals more and see how she copes
