Hey guys i'm 5'9 204 (love handles and a bit of a belly) i was wondering since i bumped my schedule up to about 3-4 times a week and about an hour working out not including stretching. 30 mins on eliptical trainer, 30 mins half-circuit 2 sets each. I mainly try and hit four times a week but something always seems to get in the way of my 4th day the last couple of weeks tho. I'm changin my diet around but i eat lots of cereal, and kind of whatever for dinner. I'm really working on changing that. The last two months i've been extremely regular at the gym i think only going to the gym twice in a week once while the rest were three and four times.

I'm wondering if i keep doing this if i'll be able to be in any decent shape for summer; espescially if i keep it to four days a week, and i've thought of doing more cardio. But really i honestly am totally lost now as to what i should be doing. I do notice some gains in muscle but my fat loss seems to be minimal to slightly. I also take medications that are known to cause weight gain. I feel like i'm going insane. Haha, i read one article and it contradicts another, it seems like i can get no clear answer. Honestly if there's any way to get me to burn that 30 lbs to get into a slightly normal 170 for the summer and add as much muscle as possible at that that would be awesome, but somehow i feel it might be unrealistic to be lookin pretty hot by summer after being 203 right now. I dunno anybody have any ideas?
