Well i personally can have orgasm without ejuculating i found how to do it accidently but it gives less pleasure than a real orgasm but the good side is you can have multiple orgasms like woman , you should get to orgasm multiple times and not cum while doing it after a few times it happens...
It happened to me in when I wasn't trying. I had an orgasm then nothing. There was no fluids at all. Frankly I was surprised and began to worry. Is this outcome (no pun intended) indicate a problem?
It is possible - when i was young around the age of 11 or 12 - it was exactly the same orgasm without the ejaculation. If medical science could figure out how to create the same effect this will solve lots of problems with population control.

I am on prostate medication finasteride and it has basically castrated me. I am getting small man boobs under my arms.
