The great thing that you did is by stopping yourself from popping the pimples. Trust me breaking pimples makes it worse. And I know this for sure as I too had acne. I am no doctor but as per your description, you seem to have a kind of pimples and I think they are called pustules. You need to invest in some great acne creams and lotions with Benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid as these properties are great for treating pustules. One such product with these properties, that I would suggest is Proactiv Solution. As I have mentioned earlier I too had acne and the only thing that worked on my oily and sensitive skin is Proactiv. Try that on your face regularly and your pimple should disappear the way mine did.
As for the acne on your scalp, the reasons are the same. Excess oil production can lead to scalp acne. Dandruff and wrong hair products add to the problem. So make sure you wash your hair at least thrice a week with a mild shampoo. And wash it more often if you have oily hair and dandruff. Don’t share your towel with anyone and don’t use somebody else’s also. Aloevera and tea tree oil is said to be effective ingredients to treat scalp acne.

Hello, I suffer from same symptoms but I don't know if we have the same type of acne.. what I do know is that dry skin face does cause itchy face. Also, when I use an acne product and my face can not tolerate I get itchy again. I have also try lime and when my face is very oily and free of acne cream products it works but when I over do it every day or more than two days a week my face gets itchy again. I read an article about peel oragnes can calm itchy face I tried it today acutally after washing my face and I felt like my itchy did calm and I do not athink of putting any acne creams or lime until face recovers from the itching. I prefer to keep having the acne or acne rash rather than getting an itchy face because it is frustrating and makes me cry because I do not know how to calm my itchy down. I will keep google natural remedies to see if I can find more better solutions before seeing a Dermatology. ( I am planning of geting an allergy test that can help out to see if I suffer from any food or chemical reaction)
hope this helps out a little and hope you can get itchy free and acne free too.

This happens because of dandruff flakes. Mix 5 ml of neem oil in 15 ml of coconut oil. Massage this on scalp and wash it off after 30 minutes. Wash your combs and change pillow cases daily.

Yeah, I have the same issue, and my doctor told me it was eczema. It's been appearing on both my left and right arms and the back of both legs. It you keep on itching them, then they will spread. Also you should go to a dermatologist to get some cream, that's what I did and I noticed that the bumps are less itchy and a quickly going away.

Oh my goodness, you have finely described my condition. I have been stressing of this for half a year, and I do not exaggerate when I say that it has made my life a living hell. Imagine someone who always has OCD with this condition? My OCD has only gotten worse..much worse. Other people don't really the itchiness seriously, and dermatologists only gave me something me hives - the hives only came about as a result of me trying to get rid of this insane itchiness. The itchiness and burning with bumps are on my scalp especially, but also my face, thighs, buttocks, and so on. Those are where it is most prominent,
Could you please go into more detail as to what you used to get rid of it? I am more than willing to try anything at this point, Thank you so much!!
