After washing the area try warming up a wash cloth so that its super hot and laying the rag down on the infected area so that the pimples go down this helps me so much when ever I get the pimples.
I was told to use heat. A heating pad or sock with rice in it. Also I have put tape, sticky side of bandage on it. It seem to help it go away
