This started a few months ago when I started to get spots around my Anus I thought nothing of it and left it hoping it would go away and now I have lots and it hurts to go to the loo and wipe. Its also very ichey please can someone tell me what it is and how I can get rid of it please.

It could be hemorrhoids. They are very common and can cause bleeding and make you "itchy."
Check with your doctor for a diagnosis.
