I have pcos. It took 17 weeks for my urine test to be positive, I also bled those.first 4 months so yes pcos DOES interfere!! My mother worked for an OB doctor and she asked her as to why my urine test didnt become positive until I was 17 weeks. The doctor explained some women with pcos have more trouble with their levels.
