PENIS BURNING AFTER URINATION, STD TEST NEGATIVE

I had the same problem. Doctors had no answers just, "well, live with it." I finally cut back on coffee and alcohol and it is better.

I thought I was alone. Doctors are saying chronic Prostatitis - I'm about ready to lose my mind. What has worked for you?

I have similiar issues that have been going non stop for a year and a half. First it started where i did have chlamydia, burning at tip after urination. i took medication and was tested like 10 x since and since was negative in every test. I have burning after urination at the tip and the penis itself is achy/irritated and kind of hurts and as soon as i pee, it hurts and i feel discomfort the rest of the day as soon as i break the seal.

it still functions normally but it's hard to really get them when it's constant burning/aching . when i touch it it hurts as well but not like ouch but the discomfort inside inflames really.

The doctor literally does nothing. he never wants to give me anything i have taken more chlamydia type medicines, and uribel which turns urine a differnet color. took a urine stream test, all fine. they want me to take a cystoscopy which woudl be 950 dollars out of pocket. and i dont wnat to do that and have them shrug and say oh we found nothing.

basically if i pee it's going to be painful and discomfort the rest o the day and especially when i sit down.  I have thought of anything from acute prosattitis to nerve damage inside or structural damage somehow. The doctor thinks i convinced myself something's wrong like ok i'm making it up all i love being in pain all day

this has been going on for about a year since i was clean on all tests and 5 doctor visits, they just keep saying you have to come in than barely do anything.  I just dont know if i have to live wiht this now forever or if this is a real infectino or damage or what.  I am kind of stuck becuase i cant go to a urologist anymore they say cystoscopy is my last option..

Is there seriously nothing that can be taken to see if it's an inside or outside problem or something that can numb hte inside to see if that helps? with all technology and medicine advances, it seems hard to believe. The mystery of not knowing what it is bugs me most becuase i have made efforts to keep going to the urologist, getting 0 help

oh i was the last post as well. all discomfort is only AFTER urination or defication too. even taking a c**p the penis hurts after inside and i feel pain so not sure what this can be. doctors dont even seem to know they dont even try to guess.

i too have it...it mainly happens whenever i take less water and have yellow urine.It get ok when i increase my water intake.So i believe it not a problem!

I'm male 30. STD negative. Have had this since my teenage years before I have had sex. It comes and goes once or twice a year and lasts for half a day. Pain is at the exit of my utherus when pressure is applied I.e. during and after urinating or while walking. I believe that citric acid intake worsens the pain.

This is so crazy I been dealing with it for a month almost got tested for everything I really only been with one person unprotected in a year and this comes out of the blue burning urination no std of uti I see a urologist in June hopefully they can help

Same thing.I have an idea of what may happen. When urine comes out too fast, it can irritate the inside, I have the same feeling when irritated on the outside. Hope this helps. I'm literally experiencing this as I type. I'd rather pick fly poop out of pepper while wearing boxing gloves right now! Jesus this hurts!

Me too, usually have these symptoms when I have new sexual partner but it goes away as our bacteria breeds together. But a month ago it got really bad we've been together for 4 months at this point and always had unprotected sex. First I got pain in my penis end, then burning when I pee, then I developed an ear infection that comes back the next day if we have unprotected sex or the condom breaks!!! Also I feel extreme fatigue, don't want to get out of bed, feel like I have the flu, don't want to eat or workout which I love to do. I feel like I'm dying , been to the doctor three times been on antibiotics and they seem to help but as soon as we do it again my symptoms come back. Leakage and discharge, pain during sex, penis doesn't get fully erect. I don't understand what happened, did she cheat on me? Do we have hiv? I can't live like this, I'm really in need of a solution here anybody find anything ?

This happens to me too. Sometimes after I jerk off, other times just when I am stressed. No explanation, not an STD, and when I poop sometimes I feel better. Ihave no idea what this is, and on the rare occasion after jacking off it comes out somewhat semen-y, followed by irritation. What is this?! Goes away after 5 fairly annoying minutes of feeling like I need to pee when I know I dont. This is a serious problem. Makes u feel pretty bad when it happens, especially when you need to sleep and u feel like your going to piss yourself so u don't sleep.

Has anyone experienced problems while traveling to a different country? I live in Aussie but I am staying in Canada atm, I have moved in with my gf and have been having unprotected sex, we have both been tested for stds in the past and both clean, right now I am experiencing burning after peeing and sometimes random pain in my penis, I thought it was just a uti since I've had them in the past so went to the doctors, did a uti test which came back negative, doc said because of my symptoms they will prescribe me a course of cipro and that I should go take a std test for the clap and gono, test came back negative and the cipro didn't help, I asked my mother tos send my some hiprex from Aussie as it what I've taken in the past and has work but that also didn't help.
My gf reckons it could have something to do with the water in her apartment as it is considered "hard" water, it has alot of calcium in it and maybe because I'm not use to the water it could be causing me problems? I'm use to drinking alot of water to flush my system but unsure if its not helping but making things worse, I also take cranberry pills everyday but not helping.

MY SON went threw the same issue's ! NO UTI and No STD,,,,he had painful urination, like a burning when he pee,,,he needs urthea dilation!! PLEASE get checked,,,he had to have a cycstscope,,yes he was manned Threw it!!! HE HAD TOO!!!!! Here he has scar tissue either due to a untreated uti in past or a injury(Like getting kicked in the balls) Example: when he was younger!!! PLEASE get CHECKED if left untreated scar tissue may build up and block the flow of urine completely!!!
