I have this problem for years and am still weary about it.I have found a fix to it.When you have an erection for a long time for some erotic reason the urethra gets unduly stressed and a drop or so of semen causes the burning. You get a thorough ejaculation , take a little rest for 15 min and then get a complete pee.The burning will subsidy

After having sexual intercourse or masterbating where you end up cumming, you will feel the need to pee after. If you go right to pee after ejaculating there is the possibility of a slight tingling or burning. This is completely normal and should wear off in a half hour or so.

Have the same problem and this is the best answer I ever got .... when I sit and drive for too long I get discomfort or when I play video games and sit down for long but I still feel like the precautions are better than the 4 weeks anti boitics which I started taking to no results .

With my own experience, this can be a combination of factors. I have read many good theories. One I have considered is alcohol may affect the PH balance in the urinary tract and dehydration helps play a role. I am not a great water drinker so I am sure I'm on the verge of dehydration all the time. Toss in a bunch of alcohol and I have a recipe for a very "acidic" feeling in my urinary tract. When it is like that if I have sex I almost always going to get this issue. I have found that drinking plenty of water throughout the day and also while drinking seems to help. Again, I just figured it's helping to keep things balanced in the tract. I could be totally wrong about the "balance" issue but regardless hydration seems to help.. I see lots of comments to check for std's and I sure wouldn't disagree, but for me and many people it's not that. I have had this issue before I was sexually active and have been tested multiple times over the years.

Your prostate gland isn't in your testicles or produce semin. And the definition of inflammation is or "itis" mean swelling, meaning its got too much blood flow causing excess fluid in the interstitial space. So by your first few sentences u have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. But everyone else seems to be having the same exact experience. Burning sensation after drinking and masturbation or sex. Glad you all contributed. Doesn't seem to be a big deal and most of your ideas make sense. Thanks

I have HSV2 but had this burning sensation prior to receiving my HSV. It's common it appears to many men. Typically after an orgasm. Predominantly after masturbation. Could be we "jerk" too hard. Idk. But having HSV I notice that this happens when I'm about to or am having an outbreak. I take valtrex regularly so I can keep my HSV in check. When I slack on medication and start an outbreak I notice this annoying burning. I've also read it can be called "trich". It's a parasite. Gross. Go check it out. I know how uncomfortable this all can be.

Gus this is a bacteria but I don't know what's wrong that they couldn't see it from me but my partner got diagnosed with chlamydia. Send your partners to get tested maybe your white blood cells are too strong ....

I have had this happen many times. I have noticed that this is am issue when I haven't been drinking enough water. So maybe keeping hydrated on a regular basis will prevent it from happening.
However, I have a solution that has worked 100% of the time. When you are experiencing the burning sensation, drink cold milk with sugar. It is a pretty quick remedy, and has worked every time.

Hey brothers , i was like you guys this is some kinda undetected virus . 1 dont get unprotected oral sex because i think it can be transmitted orally to . Go to a doctor and say you have been exposed so you get prescribed anti boitics . If you do std tests its not going to show up so just say you have been exposed .....
