In response to the person who said that baths are cleaner than showers....you're wrong, especially when the cleanliness of genitals, specifically vagina, is involved. Showers are much better for hygiene purposes opposed to baths because when you take a bath you're sitting or laying in stagnate water, which is filled bacteria that was on your body and can travel into the vagina. Showering is a much more effective way of keeping yourself clean. I know this because I've had problems with UTIs and all the doctors I've been to made it a point to let me know that showering is better.
I have just had a baby by c-section so my hair was shaved and since it grew back I have been getting all kinds of little red bump like pimples in my hair what is this?
i currently have 2 pimple like bumps, one is rather large and it
hurts when barely touched, such as when wiping after peeing!
I have had these many times in the past, and I assumed it was due
to sweat and not washing with soap often enough. Just like acne on your
face.. I am surprised to hear so many others with the same problem. I
don't think its an infection or anything, they always end up going away on their own for me..but they are SO annoying

I have the same thing! It started a little after I shaved, and where I've had a cut is where they are.. I am only having sex with 1 person and he doesn't have them.
What is folliculitis?
Folliculitis is an infection of the hair follicles. Each hair on your body grows out of a tiny pouch called a follicle. You can have folliculitis on any part of your body that has hair. But it is most common on the face, scalp, and areas rubbed by clothing, such as the thighs and groin.
What causes folliculitis?
It is usually caused by bacteria, especially the type called staph (Staphylococcus). It can also be caused by yeast and another type of fungus. Folliculitis caused by a fungus is most often seen in people who have trouble fighting infections because they have an impaired immune system.
Often folliculitis develops because you have damaged your hair follicles. Shaving or wearing clothes that rub the skin can irritate the follicles. They can also become blocked or irritated by substances like sweat, machine oils, or makeup. When the follicles are injured, they are more likely to become infected.
What are the symptoms?
Folliculitis usually looks like red pimples with a hair in the center of each one. The pimples may have pus in them, and they often itch or burn.
What increases my risk of developing folliculitis?
You are more likely to get folliculitis if you:
Use a hot tub, whirlpool, or swimming pool that is not properly treated with chlorine.
Wear tight clothes.
Use antibiotics or steroid cream for long periods.
Use or work with substances that can irritate or block the follicles. Examples include makeup, cocoa butter, motor oil, tar, and creosote.
Have an infected cut, scrape, or surgical incision. The bacteria or fungi can spread to nearby hair follicles.
Have a disease such as diabetes or HIV that lowers your ability to fight infection.

i had the same problem and its not herpes its called genital pimples .. it happens cause of sweat glands get blocked
Pearly penile papules are small lumps, about 1–2 mm across. They look like pimples and are all roughly the same size and shape. They are in a row around the margin of the head of the penis, and can be seen when the foreskin is pulled back. In some men they are hardly visible at all, and in others they are quite noticeable. They usually develop in the teens. People often worry that they are warts or an infection, and pick or squeeze them. In fact they are perfectly normal tiny glands. Leave them alone!
