Well, to all of you saying that you have the same problem, and to the person asking the original question: it's probably not herpes. Genital acne is not a rarity and can be caused by too tight clothing that allows sweat to accumulate or bacteria to grow or doesn't allow your vaginal area to breathe, washing with too harsh of a soap which causes the glands down there to produce too much oil and for your tender skin to break out, or it can be ingrown hairs. While I don't know what your condition looks like and am speaking from research and experience, you should probably see a doctor to verify that it isn't actually herpes.
I used to have the same thing.Solution is moisturizing..the area is too dry..I apply dove body lotion original for dry skin. And since then i never have such problem..Apply it after shower every day.. on the surface where the hair is.not inside..Havent had the problem for years
Right now, i have a bump.. one time it'd be underneath the surface. Another time, a white-head would appear. The other time, it'd just be a bump. I'm freaking out on the low.. I don't have an answer, but your post has made me feel a little better, and relieved, same to everyone else.
Actually taking a bath is more helpful because it is submerged in water but after the bath you are supposed to shower because as you stated, you are sitting in stagnate water which is unclean
In all truth, you will get pimple like things from shaving down there. It is an usual occurrence if you don't shave with shaving cream down there. If they get bigger and more tender than a normal pimple would, you should probably see a doctor or nurse. Sometimes it is bumps that are red and tender, even at their base, might be herpes sores. These can be tender before they appear, painful once they do, and then disappear some days later. Sometimes they come back, others they don't.
