belive it or not yes acne can grow on the male scrotum it is nothing to worry about. it usually occurs post puberty and ends exiting teenage years. -welcome

i've had a couple of different "pimple" looking bumps on my sac. The first had hundreds of pin head sized white heads that covered my sac and shaft. After talking to a doctor turns out that was an allergy reaction to Excedren and Tylonol. The second time was a single larger bump that was hard to pop for the first couple of days. That turned out to be an oil build up from not showering for 2 days and alot of running.
It can be painful, but if you stick a sterile needle (heat it with a flame for a few seconds but cool it off before you use it!!!)
If you use a needle to stick about 1mm into the large whitehead on the testicles you can squeeze out a ton of zit pus and soon the skin will go back to normal balls.
I just discovered this recently after the same huge whiteheads on my balls stayed for many years.
I have the same thing, I'm 15 but they are all over my sack and some on my penis , they are only tiny and it looks like they are under the skin, I've tried popping a few and a hard white substance comes out, they are genuinely where my pubes are growing so that's what makes me think that it is hairs growing but I'm not sure, I'm thinking about going to the doctors about it.
