Im only 17 and recently my balls have been itchy, after like 5 days i noticed that there was a lump on the side of my right ball just below the start of my penis from my pubes. Ive popped it and there is like a flap of skin now and im not suire what to do... it kind of stings when it touches something. Please help im very scared and dont want to tell my parents yet..
Take a warm/little hot shower and use a friendly soap. Wash them off.
Always dry off your skin especially your balls and anus because of skin oil. You could use air dryer (warm or cool).
Perhaps, it's better for you to use a fan to breeze for a few minutes especially in the summer.
Remember always dry your skin after taking a shower. Do not use any lotion. You will thank me for my advice.

They are quite common and a lot of guys get them when they are in their early teens. They are NOT contagious and shouldn't cause you any pain or discomfort. They will normally go away on their own in time. Most guys start to lose them as they finish puberty (early 20's). Don't try to pop them or squeeze them, you could make them infected and that would make things worse.

You should pop em all, they are little bacterias known as ballsacioriliosulembilias. Very deadly pop them all and wash them with iodine if possible after freshly poped.

29 - get maybe 1 evry 2 years or so, only in hot wather, squeeze the f**k outta them a few times. soon as u feel the lump, start of pimple, start squeezing, forces it to the surface of the skin. beter out then in.. as mentioned tho, i belive its something to do with the skin folicles, i wont leave pus on the surface of my sack tho..

THE MILLION DOLLAR QUESTIONS.?? Are they red little balls on the scrotum or as some people call it sack.? If so, this are malfuction capillaries vains or malfuctions vains on the scrotum. are small and malformed veins were dilated, but I'm not seeing New aq you mean, if they are small and superficial q do not think It have importance. I am nearly 21 I have had got the same thing on my ball sack, I have about 6 or 7 very small ones what I fond r easy to pop bit I have a big one what just won't pop it's very hard and the size of a bb pellet it isn't painful nor is it itchy, but just annoying knowing ots their lol, any suggestions on how to pop it ??
