I'm 19, in college and have been dealing with this since I was in middle school. This is by far the most helpful thread I've found since then! I'm dealing with the same thing that most of you guys are describing. Zits all over my balls, some are big and never pop, others are smaller and easier to pop just like zits on your face (especially towards the back of my sack) I've seen countless doctors, and they all misdiagnosed me with all kinds of different things, prescribing me creams, ointments, and one doc even tried to slice open each one to pop them. For me, it does hurt to try to dig the deeper ones out unless I catch it right when it forms. Otherwise, I've had some of the same ones for years. The last dermatologist that I saw pretty much decided that they were just zits that would go away after puberty and my balls stop sweating so much, but I'm not getting my hopes up. At least it's great to know that they're harmless, but I'm sure we could all agree that there'd be nothing better than some type of medication that would make them go away because it's embarrassing! In the least gay way possible, I also think it's kinda help to actually see what we're dealing with so that we can feel normal. Lol because it's hard to find pics on google of what I have so it kinda makes you feel like a freak. Too bad I can't add a pic on here. Glad to know I'm not alone though! You guys better post on here if you ever find a remedy that works!!
