I'm 14 and I've had small bumps on my nipples for as long as I can remember. However, when I was about 11, a larger, more noticeable bump appeared. I left it alone until today, and I squeezed it like a pimple. A LOT of white pimply stuff came out! I cleaned it and put some witch hazel on it. Please help! I'm not prone to acne and I've never had one other that on my face. I'm not sure what was on my nipple. If you know any thing, please reply! Thanks

What if u removed a head from one and it hurt really bad. Left it alone and a couple days later. It was lik a real pimple there and it hurt. Puss everythang came out now it's jus Da normal clear n blood but still a lil bump there. Do yall thank dats really bad or Wat should I do

Once a week or so, use a body wash with a gentle exfoliate. And try to leave them alone. I am 41 yrs. old and I have had them since my early 20's and have tried everything. I use Dove body wash and add a pinch of sugar and gentle clean the entire breast.. (Sounds crazy, I know). But it works for me. Also you can use the same mixture all over my body. Be careful though, to much sugar will make it fill like your washing with sandpaper.
