Duromine works there's no question about it. I have tried this on and off for many years, I know I cannot take any higher dose than 15mg per day. I set my alarm for 5am each morning & I take it two weeks on and one off. I am into week 5 and very pleased with steady progress. There is dry mouth, reminds me to drink more water & alcohol must be moderate to nil for me. The energy is incredible, I get so much done and on 15mg I have no sleep problems however when I was on 30mg different story. As for 40mg woh! It's important you know what works for you and I personally feel amazing losing weight steadily and side effects are minimal compared to the effects that feeling fat give me! Hope this helps, I read months of forums before I took my first duromine.

oh good - i just read the comment about not being able to drink and i like a drink so that is good -lol (dont worry i dont drink heaps)

HI.. Anggie, Do you know where can I find the original duromine with box packaging? I have searched elsewhere for Duromine but It comes out with bottle packaging..

Hi Everyone, i started taking Duromine 30mg about 1.5 weeks ago and havent seen any results. On the first day i fely energetic and had a tingly feeling. From thereon i have been feeling very week and faint evn though i do eat. My energy levels have dropped and i feel very blaoted and constipated. Can anyone give me some advise? I am pretty desperate to lose all my baby weight.

Hi ALL, I just started my journey today. I am 24, 164cm tall and 78 kilos. I have been over weight from about aged 20, I have two small children ages 3 and 2. I am on 30mg a day as of today! I took min at 10.20am this morn as I got my prescription then, I work throughout the day as a cleaner and I feeling buzzy like but I MADE sure I made a smoothie of 3 fruits at least. So then I know I will be full enough and not allow my body to lose its goodness. I mean I am not hungry but I know I need to eat something, so far its been 4 hours, eek wish me luck. (not a long term thing as its EXPENSIVE) :)

I have been on duromine for 5 days now. the first few days i wasnt hungry and felt great and now on my 5th day i think maybe my body is adapting which is not good. i have it first thing in the morning and go for a walk but by the afternoon i am tired and hunger pains starting to come through.
I think the only way people lose weight on duro is by not eating but after reading so many reviews of failing to keep weight off after duro, i am trying to do it correctly and eat healthy and exercise. I havent been moody or lost sleep either so i dont quite understand whats going on.
the first few days i couldnt drink caffeine or drink alcohol because the caffeine would make me jittery majorly and alcohol after 1 made me typsy, but now i can drink a couple no problems yes duromine i am not sure with it really

TY for the detail and the voice of reason. I am on my second day, eating healthy but still really dam hungry! I have noticed the same sense of energy as you, which is nice that it doesn't feel like a hassle just to do basic household stuff. I've been eating really healthy (mostly) for 12 months , lost 20kg, but my biggest challenge is STILL feeling hungry, hence why I've started Duromine. I still have hope that this will work. But reading others stories of it working first day, I'm skeptical.

I have taken duromine for two months 1st month 30 mgs 2nd month 40mgs, some days I felt I did more and ate less but although it is an appitite suppressant I find it doesn't make me feel any better and I eat because of pure boredom or stress. Lost 6 kgs in 2 months of duromine yet lost 20 kgs in 3 months no drugs just pure determination and being happy.

Hey. I started duromine today. So far its fine. I forced myself to eat something small. But... i also have been taking fat blasters for two weeks.. it really helps curb hunger. Be careful, try to eat still as you dont want your body to store fat in starvation mode. Nothing wrong with eating but just fill yourself with a shittonne of water and try and eat healthy food ready at hand. Its hard to avoid bad food especially if you are boredom eating not acctually hungry wich is me but i ate a small brownie thismorning an the duromine is giving me food regret. If you have trouble then get a good support network of fellow lose weighteres and just motivate eachother. I find when im not working i am a total hoover and when i work in the city i go from chubby ausy to petite asian girl healthy portions. U can do it!!!
