Well I'm 19 years old and a male too so I see what you are talking about. For one thing I don't that you consecutively masturbate because i do it way more often than you do. And I also know what you are talking about when you are surrounded by people that are sexualy active because I'm around that a lot to. As for your problem I don't know if this will help you any but all I can try to say is that this is a suggestion but. If you do get a girlfriend and you are and her are ready to have sex before you do go masturbate before hand that should reduce the possibility to premature ejeculate. this all that I can think of.
