Actually that is false . They will not take a child away for the use of thc . Only other drugs .

My baby test positive for thc when I smoked marijuana with her at 8 months and a month later I gave birth she was positive. The hospital called cps they came to my home on a friday to see if everything was fine and I offered to give them a drug test they said they'll return Monday. They never came back and mailed me a letter saying the investigation closed. That's their job to investigate to see of your abusing drugs but once you prove your not a addict junky or harm to your child you will have a closed case but Only smoke forr medicinal reasons. I tried to but I was literally sick 9 months it was horrible. But hope all is well congrats on ya baby

I am 35 weeks pregnant I'm in Arizona I had stop smoking weed when I was 33 and starded smoking again but only for a couple of days I have completely stop now and I am planning on staying clean until I give birth...I am a small person I'm like 5 4 and my Dr's keeps telling me that my baby is measuring small but it can be only becauseI'm small other than my baby's measurements everything is good my baby is healthy and moves a lotI know that I should of stop myself from smoking a lot sooner but I have very bad sicknesses and it was hard. The good thing is that I been clean for aweek now and my Dr's haven't said anything about me testing positive. .they have me giving them urine examples but I don't know for what plus from what I seen they ask every mom to give them urine as well so i guess no news is good news right. ..I just hope I don't have to deal with cps once I go into labor. ..anybody that had smoke recently in their last month or if anybody went into labor and had smoke before in Tucson Arizona can you please give me advice.

Hi all
Quick question

My friends daughter in law has just given birth to a healthy size 7lb11oz baby
But tge first few nights the baby became ill and ended up in Intensive Care with blood poisoning..

Apparently the father said the mother was a marajuna user..

Can this actually poison the baby's blood stream? "

This is not true i smoked marijuana for my second child and he is top of his class in all academic. He gets nothing but 100 on all exams and class work. He reads two levels above his grade and is very focused. Never gets in trouble at school or at home. There is no real answer to what marijuana does to a fetus. And to top it off marijuana is used for medical purposes. Such as seizures for young children. It is now made in a nose spray or drops so if that was the case why is it bring usrd for medicinal purposes.

Nope my baby is 7 lbs and i smoked alot so the growth part is fine and im due in a couple weeks. My baby is very healthy and active.
